My husband got a carne plate and the carne didn't taste great to me, I think it just needed different seasoning or maybe it was an off night for that meat. Doesn't change my mind this place is great! We got a tripas burrito to go. $18 is kind of expensive but it was filled with tripas meat. The lady who works the register and taking/bringing your order is so nice, patient and friendly. The decoration/ambiance isn't amazing and I wouldn't say it's a fancy place but quality over aesthetics is my personal feeling in the subject. During our first couple weeks here we went to buy some wet pet food, couldn't find it when we got home, went back and they checked the camera footage where we left with the item and they didn't see anything in any of the recent carts so we chalked it up to bad luck and bought another one because well, that's life. Over a month later they told my husband while he was shopping today that they found it in a cart, held it for us and gave it to him! I'm surprised they remembered him/the situation.
