we have lived here for about 7 months. they have a laundry/shower building with two washers and 2…read moredryers. one washer has been broken for about 3 months . the running lights went out in there once for a few weeks and it took another tenant to buy and replace the bulbs. they have WiFi but it only works for about half of the RV park. so far this month (MAY) other tenants have mowed the place.3 times.. the "landlords don't mow much. and the landLADY is rude who treats and looks at you like trash ...in my opinion. They don't put any money back into the place.

But i always felt safe there--and i felt that my things were safe while i was gone! The concrete pads are a life saver. The park is also well maintained, and well lit which i appreciate as a single woman! Dana, though no longer there, was incredibly helpful with tips and tricks for camper living and was always around if i had any questions or concerns! The bathrooms and laundry room were always clean. My wife and I dropped off our youngest child at college on Saturday and began our "empty nest" era by booking a couple nights in Supfur at the Artesian.
