The tater tots were crispy and delicious without feeling oily, which I really appreciated. The atmosphere was just as good as the food comfy, relaxed, and full of a really nice vibe that makes you want to stay and enjoy your time. On top of that, the service was amazing. I love all the art the walls. And there's so many places to sit, you can find your own little corner to do work. There's two bathrooms which is nice. And I gotta say, the bartender is doing work. He's the only one working and the whole place is filled up and he manages it very well. They have food and drinks, mocktails included. I love it here. It's very cozy and homey. But just remember to be courteous, that this is a business so it's okay to do work here but if you're gonna be chilling for a while make sure you're getting some drinks every hour or tipping the 'tender. I've been walking past this restaurant/lounge for a while and finally decided to check it out this week to see what it's really about. Since they aren't vegan- or vegetarian-friendly, I wasn't able to try the food, so my experience was mostly focused on the drinks, atmosphere, and overall vibe. The seating area is nice, spacious, and has a groovy feel -- it honestly reminded me a bit of Portland. The space feels comfortable, and they even have two bathrooms, which is always a plus. On weekends, it definitely seems popular; every time I've walked by, it's been packed. That said, the drinks are pricey. Beer is about average at around $7, but the wine feels overpriced. Paying $20 for a glass when I can get the same bottle next door for $15 -- and enjoy several glasses -- makes it hard to justify. The atmosphere is enjoyable, but there are a few quirks about the crowd and culture that didn't fully click with me. This spot is quite eclectic with its colorful yet moody decor. I do love the shelves of plants in the back, but that's about it. Upon entering, the space was so quiet with no music. Most people here seemed to be working/studying despite it being 7pm on a Friday night --weird. So you order your food/drinks at the bar, which will then be brought out to you with a number you take for your table. I ordered the 2 Empanadas ($12) and a Spicy Mangorita ($15). For whatever reason, my friend's drink came before mine even though she ordered after me. Then both of our food took 40 minutes and only after we followed up after waiting for so long. We had empanadas and a salad, why would it take so long? They must've forgot (or playing hide and seek). We were also rushing to a show at the Warsaw afterwards, so we weren't sure if we were even going to have time after waiting so long. Anyways, that really deterred the mood. My husband and I came here for an after dinner drink. I tried the non-alcoholic Negroni which ended up being a pre-made bottle. It definitely tasted like a Negroni! My husband had them make him an old fashioned which he didn't like that much. The best part of this place in our opinion was the board games, the couches, the dj, and the ambiance. The staff was also really friendly and chill. And we stayed and played connect 4 for quite some time. This is such a unique spot, I loved it so much. In the daytime it's a cafe but it turns into a bar at night. We went in the daytime, and I think it's perfect for studying - lots of comfy couches and tabletop seats, and it feels cozy. They also have some games you can play with friends. The strawberry hibiscus tea I had was so fruity and refreshing. The barista was so sweet and friendly. What makes this spot special is definitely the interior design, it's really gorgeous and such a surprise since it looks so unassuming from the outside. There is a bathroom inside. read more

Had such a great experience here when my friend and I were in the area. I found this place on Yelp and fell in love with the interior and colors. I tried their berry matcha which I absolutely loved. It took me a while to get into matcha but after this drink I was sold. I also ordered their chicken empanadas which were very filling ( the order comes with 2). They were filled with great proportions and came with this sauce so good! My friend a latte and sandwich and we loved every bit of this cafe. I came here for a friend's birthday gathering. The vibe was cozy, low key, and inviting. Brightly colored paint and artwork adorned the walls, as well as a stunning floor to ceiling book shelf with plants, books, pottery, and knick knacks. My friend and I split the charcuterie board. For $18, you can pick three meats and cheeses. We opted for prosciutto, soppressata, and Brie. It also comes with a few crostini and jam. I was a little disappointed at the quality of the meats, but overall, it wasn't bad. If I came back for drinks, I'd probably try to come during happy hour and just skip the food. read more

I cannot in good faith rate it 5 stars however due to staff indifference to the disgusting and off-putting pet owners treating the lounge as their personal living room. As I write this I am witnessing a person encourage their dog to jump on the couch and get its hair everywhere, yapping away as their owner sips their coffee without shame. Absolutely revolting and I do not think I will be coming back. Really sucks because everything else was great. TLDR; do not allow pets inside the lounge. read more

Cute place. Went in while waiting for appointment at Brooklyn charm. No AC and only one worker so took a while. Ordered coffee, which was great. Also ordered a quiche and empanada. Quiche came out and it was freezing on inside, but I was in a rush so sucked it up. Empanada came out, frozen inside. When I brought it back up to the counter the worker said "well you already touched it." How would I know it's cold if I didn't try to eat it??? When I said we don't even want it anymore because the quiche was also cold she was like well I can search for a new one and heat it up again. Did not offer my money back or appologize. The worker brought over the new empanada, which ended up being chipotle chicken, we ordered the spinach. I am vegetarian so couldn't even eat it. She also brought over a fresh quiche, again cold. We decided to walk out. Don't think staff handled it appropriately or did anything to fix the situation, except make it like it was my fault. Won't return. Waste of 20 bucks read more
