They were all women and femmes and they KILLED it. It looks like a neighborhood spot that welcomes many regulars in the area. The music, and the chat room helped get me through those tough times like nothing else could. After dropping a pin in Brooklyn snagging the cheapest one-person Airbnb I could find, lo and behold it was mere minutes drive from The Lot Radio site which was a perfect coincidence for this trip to NYC. We visited a couple times, once during the day, and the other time at about 11PM on a Tuesday weekday. I can imagine how much fun it would be on a weekend! There are two containers connected with one being the DJ booth, covered inside with stickers, and the other container being the office and kiosk selling coffee and beers. When I first started following this place both streets on either side were open to car traffic and it is good to see the one side with the church is now closed to cars and has more seating, oh yeah! I can imagine the parties must be even larger and safer now without the cars so close. Be sure to stream events like the Independence Day party which has hundreds show up!
