Sarah in particular is amazing and fantastic to work with. We were given a full factory tour, showing exactly how our home would be made and the full inspection process it would go through to ensure its finest quality. After that we were able to tour some of the model homes and found our dream house almost immediately. We were able to make individual changes to create the perfect home for us. They were also able to connect us with several resources for financing and set up. My husband and I traveled from Central Illinois to their Indiana office and they even paid for us to stay in a local Inn for the night so we didn't have to tackle the 5 hour drive home that night! Luckily they left to get me the quote of 850 for an induction motor and probably another service charge. I called another local company that tested the induction motor to find out it worked perfectly, replaced the gas valve, and then discovered there was a hole in the intake/exhaust pipe out of the roof truly diagnosing the problem and taking several hours to figure out the problem, not just 10-minutes which would work out to be approximately 777.11 dollars per hour. I would recommend another service provider. Additionally, no discount was offered on the service bill when requested. Josh

Melissa texted me and said she didn't have a 2 bedroom unit to show me but I could come in for more information I told her that wouldn't be necessary since I already had the information I needed and wanted to know when a 2 bedroom unit would be available Melissa didn't respond. I then Emailed Lisa since she set up the appointment and cancelled and told her why she then said in her Email back to me the earliest move in for a 2 bedroom unit would be the very day I had my showing scheduled when I asked her if there was or wasn't a unit available to show since Melissa said there wasn't and she said there was I was confused Lisa then sent me the office number and told me to call the office for further information lol So apparently no one at Quail Ridge Villas knows if they have something available or not 2 employees contradict each other and then property manager decides not to communicate back with you pretty sure that is what most of us call unprofessional. I don't think I want to live there if they can't decide if they have something to rent .
