I hired high & low to clean my mom's house before move-out. In a few hours, they were able to clean more than I would've in an entire weekend. The staff was on time, friendly, and hardworking. An absolute disaster. Paid about $130 for a 'normal' cleaning. My husband was home and he told me they were out of there in 1.5 hours. I won't mention that they show up late. VERY LATE (like 2 hours). There were so many spots ignored, I won't mention them all. Simply stating the obvious. They "change" the crew every visit but the last one made it necessary to phone the "boss" Jake. I told him that we will no longer require his services. He hesitates and I'm hoping that A. Owner - unprofessional Cleaning - what cleaning? Hired this company to clean my new house prior to moving in. The house had been vacant and just needed dusting, mopping and vacuuming. Nothing was in the house - no light fixtures, no furniture, nothing at all. So, the job was pretty easy. I walk into the house prior to moving in and the place was the exact same. You can even see for yourself. I called the owner and he refused to return and actually provide the services. Oh, and he refused to refund the money paid. read more

They did alright for the normal cleanings, but when we were moving out we asked for them to do a standard cleaning and move out cleaning the oven only. I was charged for a full move out cleaning of the whole place which they didn't do. It was barely a regular cleaning and nothing more with the walls, showers, etc. The oven was done well though. When I called to dispute I was put off over and over again, then told I was wrong and had requested the full service(which wasn't performed). They refused to give me my money back. I will not recommend them as a reputable company and they still owe me for the difference they charged. read more

My husband hired High and Low cleaning service for my birthday. And WOW! Yesterday they did the initial deep cleaning and my house has never looked this good. They brought all of their own supplies and they started at one side of the house to the other. The cleaned my ceiling fans, baseboards, just everything. Was in the process of emptying my mother-in-laws house for closing with the new owners on Monday. The last of the possesions were being taken out of the house on Saturday. We were out of gas and decided on Friday that we needed to get someone to clean the house on Sunday. We just didn't have the energy left. Called Jake of High and Low Cleaning and he was there 9am on that Sunday morning. Walls were wiped down, cabinets wiped inside and out, baseboards cleaning, refrigerator cleaned inside and out. The new owners had done a final walk-through late Sunday afternoon and they commented to us how great the place looked and smelled. They couldn't stop thanking us as they have never moved into a house that was just ready to move in. They had thought they would have to clean up. They asked if we did it.
