I am really sorry to give a poor review of this company, because I liked the folks with whom I had…read morecontact, but overall their performance was less than acceptable. We replaced two sliding glass doors and seven windows in our home. It was quite an expensive project - almost $20,000. From the time that RenoTahoe Glass came and took measurements and quoted that price until the installation was about three months, which for custom windows is probably normal. The installation took a little over two days and the installers were friendly and respectful and careful to minimize any mess or disruption. Ahko - the foreman - deserves particular credit for being a personable and competent guy. He'd be welcome in our home any time. We were told at the time of the installation that the screens for the sliding doors had not shipped with the rest of the order and we were okay with that since it was winter and we didn't need them right them. I should have withheld some of the final payment since all of the materials were not on site, but I did not. We expected that the screens would arrive and be installed, but they did not. I called the company several times and received vague promises that they would reorder the screens, but months went by with no screens. Finally, they sent a guy over with screens that were the wrong color and didn't fit our doors - clearly some other customer's screens. I continued to call periodically, but their voice mail was full and they didn't answer emails, so I went to their warehouse and was told at that time that the "screens were not available from Milgard" and that they would pursue another source. This seemed fishy to me. Again, time went by - weeks turned into months. I went to the warehouse again and spoke with a new office manager or receptionist (?) who promised to look into the matter and find us some screens. I finally called Milgard and asked about the situation. They said that the screens had been shipped with the original order and promised to ship us screens directly which they did. I am still waiting for RenoTahoe Glass to fulfill their obligation to us, but I'll be surprised to hear from them again. There are plenty of other glass contractors in Reno. I would suggest going with one of them instead of RenoTahoe Glass
