Hi Cal Services is a small 3 person operation in Mission. They carry a versatile selection of firearms, extensive parts for same and gunsmithing. In my case I took them a SKS, a Colt 1911 and a Girsan Regard for some work. I had the SKS barrel shortened and an extended mag release extension installed. On the pistols I had mounts for red dots installed. The work was done quickly and professionally. They were ready in three days. I went to pick up the firearms and discovered the store was closed. This was on a Thursday when I thought they were open. Turned out they have just started recently to close on Thurs, they are also closed on Tues. I called the business number not really expecting to reach anyone. Surprisingly the owner answered. I told him I was at the store and was there to pick up the goods. He told me they were closed and I explained to him that I drove from Richmond to his store. He said to give him about 45 mins and he would come down and give me my guns. He arrived in 30 mins. Got my guns, was very happy with the work. I didn't catch his name, but in my book he went way above and beyond. I know Mission might be some distance for some but for me the drive is well worth it. Hi Cal has great customer services and puts places like Cabelas and Wholesale Sports to shame.
