I'm loyal to an establishment that is honest and respectful. I was purchasing a vape. He told me $20 and proceeded to enter $21. It was no mistake and he looked straight at me thinking I wouldn't notice with my sunglasses. I said thanks and walked out. Enjoy that extra dollar because you lost a customer because of it. Been going here since I moved to Arizona, the young kid that works there sure knows what he's talking about and actually suggests producto that suits you need over making a more expensive sale. The store has a little bit of everything when it comes To smoke products, nice selection from named brands and good quality and the best part is that they keep adding new products and rotating the old ones out. I was harassed and told to leave the store, I was trying to buy some grabba leaf and the the guy was trying to charge me extra and not the price on the pack and I told him to charge me the real amount and he told me no because it's his store and he can do whatever he wants. I bought a water pipe for $35. He said he could do half-cash and half-card on the payment, he took my $20, charged me $35. After i noticed he charged $35 on my card, he refused a refund and would not take the piece i just bought for my money back. NOT a place to shop when that bald guy is there. Went in this morning and bought a small tabaco pipe. The old dude in there was rude and unwelcoming. He was looking at me as if I was a criminal or gonna steal something. He claimed it was 15.99 for it and walked out paying almost 20 dollars. Apparently they charge you "50" cents for card use. Looked more like a dollar and change. It was too early and didn't wanna argue with the guy over a couple bucks. I asked him for a receipt and he was bothered by it. Didn't even give me the one that says what they charged you for. Never going back and I wouldn't suggest you to go. If you don't take cash you are gonna get robbed. Only went there because Smokey's was still closed. read more

Went to the neighborhood smoke shop and purchased a flum float vape that barely had any flavor in it, took a few puffs abs it stopped working, not even 5 mins later I went back to the store to see if the clerk could work out a return for a different brand vape and offered to pay extra to cover it. But was only able to return a new one of the same brand. All the flum's there were pretty much the same I'm pretty sure they're generic. I thought this smoke shop was about fair business but apparently their policy is unworkable. I wouldn't recommend anyone going there for vapes because they're are all about money but not about fair business. I recommend everybody to go to Smokies smoke shop down the street instead. Atleast they work with you on returns. There's a reason why this place already has two stars. Their business is terrible lol read more

I've gone there twice now in the last month and BOTH times my $25 puff xtra died after ONE or 2 days when they usually last me a week or 2 from another shop. They overcharge and sell poor quality stuff. This smoke shop SUCKS I'm mad I went there a second time. Please save your money and go to kings in Glendale or Avondale smoke shop, their prices are so much better and don't mess up 12 hours after you get them.
