The shop is beautiful and always clean. The counter staff are well trained and knowledgeable. The artists are very talented. I have been tattooed by three different artists and my husband has a whole back piece done by Mark Longnecker. It's no surprise that they have expanded and have added a new location in Palm Bay. It was my girlfriend's first tattoo, so she was very nervous, and that's why I was there, but the environment was super welcoming and warm so I essentially wasn't even needed anymore. The artist's name was Noelle, I was surprised by the clean and sanitary environment. Much nicer and brighter than other places l've seen. Noelle was incredibly understanding and incredibly focused. She was able to keep the tattoo from hurting too much while I held my phone up for my girlfriend and I to watch Spongebob while she worked. Being sure to check on her, and warn her when she was about to do something different. I was a little disappointed as she was booked for another 4 months but she said one of the other artists, Will had some availability. Rayne reassured me that I'd be in great hands with Will; makes sense that she wouldn't have anyone that wasn't a good artist, right? Well, today was my appointment and man did Rayne hire one of the best artists that I've ever worked with (I have some tattoos from a couple places in Vegas and locally). I liked them all but Will was spot on with what I wanted and what would work best for my tattoo location and skin color. Straight away, Will made me feel comfortable and not at all like I was just another job. The shop is professional, clean and fun (there's a friggin payphone in the lobby!). All the formal paperwork completed and aftercare information even if you have had tattoos. No matter if the state requires this, it is still a good practice that they do for every client - consistency makes the experience solid for new and seasoned clients (this is what you pay for too, people). Hasn't even been a day of healing yet and I'm already thinking of what/when I'll be scheduling my next appointment with Will.

The receptionist was very kind, not sure of his name since the artists carried on with their hilarious witty-banter and called him a few different nicknames, LOL! He was helpful and patient. The artist with the chair nearest to the door was amazing! His work was vibrant and very detailed. Jill did matching flamingos and then even went out of her way to enhance (not cover up) a former tattoo. She was very kind and knowledgeable, but her counterpart was hilarious!
