We hired him and he and his crew came, did part of the job, requested payment "so he could pay his guys" he said. He promised to return the following day and finish............he vanished!!! We called him and he said he would come that same day........again he was a "no show". This happened three more times........he lies and cheated us! We are now filing a complaint with the Utah State Contractors Board. His business card says he is licensed and insured..........another LIE. He has no license. DO NOT USE HIM. J and J Martin, sadly

They do a lot of advertising so I guess that's where a lot of it goes. Also there's extra cost of having a person just for giving estimates. Downsides could be details not conveyed to the crew or having to explain it again. On the plus side, they were available fairly quickly. Or is that a bad thing? I guess if you have an emergency and need tree work done right away and money is not a priority, give them a call. But if you have time, always get multiple quotes and check their insurance and licenses, don't just trust their word.

I had a poor silver maple that was infested with burrowing insects, broken limbs, discolored…read moreleaves, and on top of that a Virginia Creeper that had started to take over the left side of it. Needless to say, I was overwhelmed. Happily, I left the worry to Arbor Services and not only did they trim my tree, but also found the pesky insects nest and disposed of it, drilled 50 holes in my ground to add needed supplements, and even called the city to add some insight on how to cut the tree in the future since it's near some power lines. They did all of this and for that amount of work, I was thinking they would say a cost that would make even Scrooge's mouth water, but it ended up being fair and was a great value! I am definitely hoping to work with them again in the future! They are neighborly, professional, and efficient. I would definitely recommend them!

Also noticed they used a barrel I had outside that I use to store drinks and they used it to pick up garbage, left it by fence instead of putting it back where it was, and then realized they cracked it. On top of that noticed that they brought teenagers that had written on my kids cars with chalk. For this reason would not recommend them.

She tried to come INTO MY GARAGE as I was parking and the door was closing. She (presumably with the approval of her father??) proceeded to knock on my front door, my GARAGE DOOR, and ring the door bell twice. Completely ridiculous business practice and I feel bad for the young girl being used as a tool to get sympathy. I will never be hiring this company. Absolutely a terrible first impression.

They expertly remove fallen or still growing trees, taking the time to be sure that the cut branches fall on your side of the fence. I had a tall pine tree removed, and by 45 minutes, the tree and branches were down and removed. I should mention that I kept the large pieces of trunk and branches for firewood--which they had cut into stove-wood lengths. I highly recommend Arnold the Tree Guy who co-owns the A.N.T. Tree Service and Landscaping. The estimates are very reasonable (inexpensive), and their work highly professional.
