I called the office Thursday morning and confirmed appointment at 2:00 Thursday: They completed the work at 6:30 Thursday afternoon: They don't arrive in a Pick-up, they arrived in a Box truck that was a plumbers shop and hardware store on wheels! less than 48 hours to resolve $1,500 problem! Three weeks later her buying more material ,the project ended up costing me over $ 7000.00. She and her group worked less than five hours a day . One of her crew brought a pit bull to my home work site, as it harassed my neighbor dogs for three days I needed to get the job done. Oh , after they replace a piece of plywood on my roof, it rained and leaked in my bathroom causing a large stain on my ceiling. After she finished the job I was left with many, many materials they did not use (I paid for) laying around my property . NOT professional whatsoever. I highly recommend that you stay away from Anna's do it all. In reference to the roof keakedge , they did not take responsibility for it. Totally disgraceful involvement and would never, ever hire her to do any type of work at all. A fly by night operation I am so sorry I tried to help her start up business.
