We have a complicated set up with an underwater treadmill where the rollers were installed originally too tight and therefore became warped. John and his assistant came to fix it, but I was only charged for one person John has also come out to service our Maximus Sundance spa that sits outside under the deck. Always very friendly and curious. Great worker and explains exactly what's wrong and how he's going to fix it. I've been very happy with Springville, Take a break Spa.

The cloth is loose and plays slow (even for Simonis), even on the rails, making the table play long. The table wasn't level (not even close--they used a 2 ft carpenter's level); I had to level it after they left because they refused to help me level it. And I found a huge chip out of my brand new quartz counter top on my island closest to the table. I just replaced the counters within the last year ($10K) (They must have dropped something on it.) At least the pocket facings are done well, but there are ripples all along the undersides of the rails. Paid nearly $1000K to have them set up and re-cloth the table. They were nice, but they won't set foot in my house again after the damage to my counter. I wanted to leave a good review, but they did just about everything they could to prevent it. 3 people were probably too many people for the job.

From the moment we walked in, Shawn and his team were incredibly patient, taking the time to answer every single one of our questions. Once we found the perfect hot tub, they wasted no time scheduling a complimentary delivery and setup--talk about top-notch service! But what truly sets them apart is their ongoing support. Anytime we've had a question after installation, they've been incredibly responsive and thorough, making sure we get the most out of our spa. We couldn't be happier with our decision to buy from Hot Springs of Northern Utah and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a premium hot tub experience!

Although I've been a loyal customer since…read moretheir opening recent interactions have just left a really bad taste in my mouth and I feel that the customer service has really dropped off and left a lot to be desired. We had Hot Springs replace our pool liner last year due to a tree falling into the pool in a windstorm. Since I wanted everything new I purchased new fittings and trim pieces to go with the new liner not realizing they were included with the liner. No big deal. I'll just return them. Except their technicians took my parts when they left. By the time I sorted it out I was beyond my return window. To top it off the new liner leaked losing an inch of water per day. It took them a month and a half to finally seal the leak while they constantly kept trying to blame my light niche for the leak, which cost me another $80 needlessly on an underwater sealant. On top of that they failed to properly seat the edge of the liner into the rails and the liner pulled out after being filled. It took hours to stretch the liner back into place. The install technician told me they would credit me back for my extra expenses and hassle. But when I went in to settle up....no credits at all. Refused to reimburse for the $80 sealant. Refused to credit for the parts they took and were now in their inventory to use and beyond my return window. Refused to credit for the water loss. Instead they returned the parts to me which I have zero use for until I replace my liner again and still wouldn't need because they come with the liner. I've literally spent thousands at this business as well as trying to promote them because I believe in supporting small business and they don't seem to care. If that's how you treat loyal customers then you don't deserve loyal customers. I'll take my business where it's appreciated.
