I also appreciated that he tried to get us a less expensive but effective option until it became impossible when we discovered we had a sinkhole forming -- in this case, the city was right -- we needed to replace things to meet city codes (and for our own safety!). The solution to my septic plumbing ordeal began when I called Cisneros Bros. in the middle of the night meaning to leave a message, but surprisingly, after several calls (accidentally called several times in my stress) an actual person answered the phone. Nicole (who answered) must have guessed it was urgent even if after hours. The next day, I met Nathan Knapp who walked me through every single step the crew would take. (Thank you crew!). I was helping my parents with this -- their septic tank broke into a foul river of waste in their front yard. Neighbors called the city for help, we were cited to fix things immediately, and almost $18,000 later it has been fixed. I could not pay ANY company this amount without understanding what in fact they were fixing, how, and the different options. Apparently for many decades, we were not meeting city codes (we didn't know until this septic tank disaster). The cheaper options to "fix" the septic mess weren't really an option because the city citation did not allow the cheaper fixes, but also because we truly needed a major fix. Nathan and the crew (Jeff, Victor and Rogelio) were super hardworking at pumping out the tank and Victor luckily spoke Spanish who could better explain things to my dad. It's hard to pay a bill like this, but I recognize the value of it -- it was necessary, and I really don't think it would have been cheaper or done better by others. We passed the city codes with flying colors and we don't have to worry about a sinkhole or wastewater mess. So glad to have have a brand new seepage pit, new outlet lines etc.!

You would think my carpets were brand new after owning them for 26 years. The house smells fresh and clean. Hayden(sp) did incredible and we are so grateful. Mr. Francis handled our intake and was wonderful, helpful and so informative. We are so happy that we made the decision to clean the carpets instead of ripping them out and replacing. I know we'll probably get another good 4-5 years out of these carpets before we have to make the decision again. Thank you A clean pro for making us extremely happy with the decision to clean the carpet carpets, for having affordable pricing, especially in an economy as rough as it is today. The pictures I'm posting do not reflect how wonderful they actually look in person. I should have taken before photos, so the true comparison could be compared. They were very spotty and dark since we do have pets that have snuck into the bedrooms and done their little things. You would never know at this point . The only thing I regret is not doing the carpets sooner. Highly recommend this company.

My family recently had a very disappointing experience with kount on us carpet. The installation of…read moremy new carpet was far from professional. It was not stretched, leading to noticeable seams and uneven edges. The edges are ugly, frayed, cut short (showing gaps) and not tacked down. Allowing them to pop up. Despite multiple attempts to ask the installer to fix certain areas before he left, he said he fixed them and left anyways. (He didn't even attempt to fix). We followed up with the owner and he came back a few days later to fix some areas. His fix, was to staple the carpet to the tack boards which show a very ugly uneven carpet entrance. He then said it was good and left. Come to find out the installer also didn't stretch any carpets in the rooms and just stapled any loose areas. We could have gone with any other carpet installer in the high desert as they were all around the same price. We used KOUNT because he was very friendly in the beginning and assured us he would treat us professionally. Instead of going with a big chain store we opted to use the local family business. We feel scammed, and betrayed. The fact that they performed this kind of work knowing how bad it was and just left it like this leaves me baffled. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

I would never work with Force Restoration (and owner Omar) again. His promise is that he works with…read moreinsurance companies so you don't have to, which was very alluring. That was partially my experience, but he never completed my project and the insurance company stopped paying because the project took far longer than what was budgeted. Omar was always angling to get more money from the insurance company and would ask me to push my adjuster for more funds. When I tried to understand how much different parts of the project cost, I never got a straight answer... he'd say "Whatever the insurance pays is what I get". When you push or challenge him, he becomes very defensive. The whole thing feels very strange. As for the work he did for me: the quality did not reflect his high price, specifically the painting. He charges top dollar for everything he does and then explains "it's because I'm a restoration contractor and have to pay for insurance". OK, fine, but when you ask him for a cost breakdown of the work he performs, he says he can't provide that. After working for 6 months on a project that should've only taken 2, I finally had to take matters into my own hands. I paid him for the work that was (supposedly) completed and worked with another company to complete the repairs. Only after the new company started did I discover that the work that was supposedly done was in fact NOT done. So, I had to pay the new company to finish the work that I already paid Force Restoration to do. Yes, exactly, I paid twice to get the work done right. Buyer beware -- you've been warned. Feel free to check his contractor's license on the CSLB website and you'll see that he has at least one active pending complaint. If you'd prefer not to, let me share what it says: "This license may be subject to discipline under Business & Professions Code 7097 and/or 7098". About 2 days later, it tested positive and it was airborne in all rooms, exposed by us because we had demo the wall ourselves trying to find the source of mold. RON offered, if we needed someone to do the remediation, he wouldn't mind driving the hour and half drive to do so. He was able to work with our budget, so we hired him right away. We decided to stay at a hotel, since this was going to take 4 days of work. On the 2nd day my husband needed his work tablet, so he went back to the house late at night and found RON and his friend rolling joints, smoking marijuana and drinking beer in their socks!! My husband also found an extra pair of clothes in the guest bathroom. Needless, to say RON and his friend were planning on staying the night in our house!!! Ron never did deny it when we confronted him about it. We were furious!! We both work in government and can't be around marijuana or we get fired. He didn't seem to care, but apologized to my husband. We wanted to fire RON on the spot, but he was half way done and we didn't have the time nor the budget to hire another person to finish the job. After the job was completed, RON sent us a bill via online transaction but it said, "Payment due OCTOBER 18th". Well, it was only Sept 22. Ron called me and my husband 20 times asking for payment, we explained how it's not due till Oct 18th and showed him a screenshot. He says, "sorry but It's suppose to payment made upon completion and he needs his money. We responded, Fine and paid him. But there was no reason to call us 20 times like that. Extremely unprofessional. Not to mention Ron was NEVER on time to the house, he finished the job a day late, not only did he smoke marijuana and drink beer in our backyard, but he drove off, under the influence instead of getting an uber. I'm just glad nobody got hurt with him on the road and glad my husband caught him when he did!! Initially, RON stated to my husband that it appeared the leak was there for awhile and the mold had been building for a few months, and he would mention that in his final report. But after, all this craziness he decided to change that in his report and in so many words blame the mold and leak was our doing. When we also had a license plumber of 25 years check it out before him and state, it had been there for a few months. Don't trust this guy!!
