We hired this inspection company for our new house in Apple Valley. We had to change the date and time several times (due to the sellers), but Dale was always very understanding and accommodating. When the inspection date arrived, he was 10-15 mins early and was busy the whole time. He was incredibly thorough and spent over 2 hours inspecting. After it was over, he went through everything he found on the exterior and interior and gave us a few helpful tips since we were 1st time homeowners and new to the high desert area. Dale explained everything in an easy to understand way and was very nice and professional. He sent us a very clear and detailed inspection report the same afternoon with pics of everything.In addition to this he was about $150 cheaper than the other inspector someone recommended. We chose him based on his reviews but the price was a very nice bonus. We will always use Dale in the future and highly recommend him! Dale inspected a house for me and I had some question regarding the report, I tried to call him several times, left him messages but he didn't respond back to my messages or returning my calls, on his voicemail he is mentioning his office number, I have tried it as well but the number is not working or disconnecting. His report doesn't not have a summary for all the major issues like other inspector's reports and he didn't mentioned anything about the washer and dryer that are at the house during inspection. I am very disappointed from the report and from the after service. Not recommending him at all. you will not get what you are paying for. read more

We recently moved to the area (and the state!) so we didn't know anyone and used yelp as a resource. After reading reviews, we decided to give MP inspection a shot and we are SO VERY HAPPY we did! He saved us from buying a house that was going to be a way bigger project than anticipated!
