I figured why not, so I got all four tires replaced, and it was a little more expensive than I thought, but I know eventually I'd have to do it. The two options I was given was about $300 difference and I went with the more expensive tires and the total was about $1248. Changing the tires out, took more longer than what I was originally told. I ended up waiting about two hours but glad I got it done. Everyone at the register was as communicative and friendly as could be. I didn't seem to have a problem except for not wanting to wait in their lobby. But that kind of thing is expected when you're waiting for service at any auto shop. And a nutshell as soon as I drove my truck out of the shop, I noticed how much better it drives because the wheels are nice and firm. And I'm glad I was able to get tires that are better for the Colorado winter weather. So if you're in the area and need a tire replaced, I highly recommend a TWAR. Very Disappointing Experience I had a really frustrating…read moreexperience at the Barnes location. I came in for an alignment, wheel balance, and rotation. Before the work started, I was upfront that I had just replaced the front and rear suspension and that my tires are over 10 years old (since I know some shops won't service older tires). They went ahead with the work anyway, completed the service, and charged me. Immediately after, my car had multiple issues: It pulled to the right The steering wheel had a noticeable shake The rear toe was way off When I brought it back, they refused to rebalance the wheels, saying the tires were too old, and also said they couldn't redo the alignment because they "don't do suspension work." This made no sense, considering I had already told them all of this before they agreed to do the job in the first place. It felt like they were quick to take my money but unwilling to stand behind their work or fix their mistakes. I ended up taking my car to the Interquest location, and they fixed everything properly. They were able to adjust the rear toe (it was not maxed out like Barnes claimed), and they rebalanced the wheels, which were significantly off. Overall, I'm extremely disappointed with the Barnes location -- it felt like the technicians either didn't know what they were doing or didn't care to do the job right. On the other hand, Interquest restored my confidence and did the job correctly. I would not recommend the Barnes location.

The owner and chief repair guy said it was not as strong after repair due to heating, but it is straight as an arrow, holds air and the tire/wheel balanced perfectly. The cost was a FRACTION of a new wheel. They have a huge assortment of used factory and new replacement hubcaps and alloy wheels. This is a great old school family business, highly recommended!

I feared a huge problem with a huge bill I took it to Greys, within a couple of hours they called to say it was ready. To my suprise I was told no new parts were necessary...they just tightened a loose line , flushed it and added more fluid. My bill came to a whopping $33!
