The staff was so helpful! I came with a popup camper and needed 2 tires replaced. They looked at my spare tire and saved me about $100 by saying it looked good. I was told by trailer places it is not made any more, you can't find it we will buy your 4 rims and sell you 16 inch rims, & I had one guy just laugh. We have been Rex Tire customers for years, but this last time that we visited them to repair a tire with a nail through it, they backed my truck into something in the garage, crushing the fender. When we repeatedly asked about it, they kept promising the owner would call us back but it's now been a couple of weeks and we haven't heard anything from them. They refuse to take responsibility. I can't believe they are willing to throw away a customer for a replacement part that is less than $100. read more

Great Service! Over the summer I had to back tires of my car replaced. I got done with work late, but they let me drop my car off after hours and had someone at the shop waiting and stored it inside their garage. My most recent problem occurred during the first threatened snow storm of the season when they were swamped with people wanting their snow tires put on. One of my cars had a flat and looking at the tires it was clear that new tires were called for. They somehow worked me in and got me taken care of within a day. His prices are competitive with the chains but every customer is taken care of like you are a friend and neighbor. No canned responses, each customer is evaluated as a unique case and the recommended services and tires are geared to the best value. Rex Tire was busy at Noon, said 1 to 1 1/2 hours, we left car, went to lunch, came back in 45 minutes. It was done, fixed hole (no sign of nail or ??), and no charge. They do that as a service. Just before my trip to 4wd in Ouray I discovered a nail in my tire at 3pm. I called Brian and Travis at Rex Tire and they said bring it down and they would have it done before closing. When I got there they were totally full, but by 5pm the tire was repaired just as they had promised.
