He was very helpful, friendly and didn't make me feel uncomfortable for asking about a product I had literally just heard of that day. In fact, he offered to send me a link to an informative video about its effects and uses, etc., while he was closing his store. I went by the shop the next day to get some. Vic was very inviting, friendly and helpful and the store was immaculate and well stocked with all sorts of amazing things. He spent time with me to figure out which of the many Kratom products was best for me for pain and anxiety, and then I moved on to other products. He never lost patience with me. He would politely help a customer that would walk in as I continued looking and he'd come right back to me. Long story short he replaced it with an exact replica, which I was grateful for. However, that one broke last night as well. It broke just by putting it on the counter. Just shattered into pieces. Not trying to be one of "those guys", but I've been using bongs for almost 30 years and I have broken one that was my fault in that time and it was from being kicked over, not casual use.
