He was very helpful, friendly and didn't make me feel uncomfortable for asking about a product I had literally just heard of that day. In fact, he offered to send me a link to an informative video about its effects and uses, etc., while he was closing his store. I went by the shop the next day to get some. Vic was very inviting, friendly and helpful and the store was immaculate and well stocked with all sorts of amazing things. He spent time with me to figure out which of the many Kratom products was best for me for pain and anxiety, and then I moved on to other products. He never lost patience with me. He would politely help a customer that would walk in as I continued looking and he'd come right back to me. By the time I was finished, I walked out with a smile, a bag with my new treats and the feeling as though I'd made a new friend. I will definitely be back to this shop.

As I said, I literally was using it for the first time and it was brand new. I assumed maybe it was because it was a hot day and the shop was air conditioned. Although, even with that, a quality piece should not be affected. I took it back the next day and some guy who was not the gut I bought it from inspected it and felt the need to remind me several times that they only carry quality products and that they inspect everything before they sell it. OK, defensiveness like that makes me automatically suspect they actually do carry really cheap stuff. The guy kind of made me feel like he thought I was scamming him. Long story short he replaced it with an exact replica, which I was grateful for. However, that one broke last night as well. It broke just by putting it on the counter. Just shattered into pieces. Not trying to be one of "those guys", but I've been using bongs for almost 30 years and I have broken one that was my fault in that time and it was from being kicked over, not casual use. Perhaps I happened to pick the one supplier they carry that's poor quality? But the fact that both of them broke so quickly in the exact same way tells me it's not a coincidence. So, $140 down the toilet. I don't feel like dealing with the rude people there again, so I'll just buy the next one elsewhere.

They don't make you haggle down any of their prices like some smoke shops do and there wares are priced competitively. Personally, I would be thrilled too see a bit of a drop in the price on the disposable vape pens or some buy 2 get $5.00 off deals occasionally but I get why they see no need to do so as there not any more expensive then any of the the other shops in town. The employees here are the real prize tho. For example, I left my wallet on the counter when I was in there earlier today and I didn't realize it until I was already out of town. I retraced my steps and gave them a call 10 minutes before closing and he picks up the phone right away and not only lets me know he has my wallet but unprompted assures me the hundreds of dollars that were inside were still there as well, the guys a class act I tell ya;)
