Shopped here on and off for years with no issue until recently. Stay away from any vapes or anything with electronics. I was sold a cheap cartridge vape pen that didn't work out of the box and was refused an exchange or store credit the very next day when I returned it. It was only $10 so I chalked it up to being a cheap Chinese POS, so the sales lady did an excellent job selling me on an exxus snap which was $40 but came with a lifetime warranty or so I was told. The device itself was fantastic until it broke. I went to the location and politely explained my situation hoping for a simple exchange and was told that I had to do the warranty through the manufacturer and oh by the way it's only a one year warranty. So not only was I sold a warranty that the company I bought the product from promised I was lied to about the coverage of said warranty. I explained to the sales lady that this was an inconvenience to me because it would leave me without a vape while I waited for a replacement. She was rude and told me to pound sand it so many words. I will never go back or spend my money with a company that refuses to stand behind the products it sells. Furthermore either the sales person could have offered me some kind of compensation, even a partial discount on a new product of the same style and didn't in which case the customer service is lacking OR there really was nothing she could do in which case the management doesn't trust their employees judgement or integrity in making customer service decisions. THIS IS THE WORST PLACE EVER WITH THE RUDEST STAFF EVER. My house just burnt down and I told them I could show a photo of my ID. They still refused to sell me anything. My dad then came in with his ID and credit card and they still refused to sell us anything. By the way I am a 25 year old Product Designer, I have worked for some of the largest hemp and marijuana companies in LA. First off, they lied and sold me a counterfeit Magic-Flight Launch Box. I have proof of this happening. Also, the fake Launch Boxes are known to have many workability/safety problems. Check out their website counterfeit list. http://www.magic-flight.com/counterfeit-page.php So my "brand-new" Launch Box never really worked that well, but then just stopped working completely. Then when I went back to complain. The girl behind the counter opened it up, and I swear to you, ACTAULLY ADDIITTED TO ME THAT SHE KNEW IT WAS FAKE (she knew this because she had sold them/seen them before), but I would have to wait because she would have to call her manager of course. No response for 2 weeks. Went back in again. I was then told (by the same girl) that they check all their products before they place them on the floor to be sold. So basically that I must of broken it by myself and they couldn't do anything for me. Can you believe that? She also told me very nonchalantly that they "unfortunately" (her word), sell quite a few "fake" items. I am not exaggerating or making ANY of this up. I went to this store for the first time yesterday. My friend was in town and wanted to stop there so we did. The employees were very passionate, knowledgable, and helpful with everything in the store. We ended up going back a second time in the same day. Everything they have is a very good price, especially compared to most shops of the same kind. A tank that someone tried selling me at a vape shop in Boone for $38 I got here for $23, and on top of that they have a 10% student discount. Definitely check this place out! read more

this company is really bad they sold me a 200 $ water pipe and the piece broke not even a week after i bought it .i pulled the down stem out and the piece and it broke.I had never dropped it or bumbbed it i was very careful with it .so it must of had a hairline frachter when i bought it . i called the store (HIGH LIFE) and the woman informed me Quote=(Glass breaks what do you want me to do about it?)as i responded i would like to get eahter a discount on another peace as of obvious manufacture defect and she said no ,I cant give everyone with a defect a refund or and type of discount at all.she was verry rude .
