However, I was able to book an appointment without paying the $50 deposit. Later, I received text messages stating that I could not schedule any future appointments until I paid the deposit because I had allegedly missed an appointment, but not thinking that it was actually booked until I paid it! This creates unnecessary confusion and miscommunication about whether the deposit is actually required. If the deposit is mandatory, the booking system should consistently enforce that policy, and not allow you to book without payment! I also do not appreciate being contacted through personal text messages regarding an alleged balance. If the business believes I owe a fee, I would expect a formal invoice or written documentation through the appropriate business channels. Repeated text messages requesting payment are not a professional way to handle billing matters. Definitely will take my 450.00 elsewhere!

I wanted them to be 13/14... and got 12 all the way through. I wanted it to be staggered in sizes but did not get what was requested. It is hard to find a lash tech that is experienced. And for my first time being here, it wasn't mind blowing. I had Raven as my lash tech, and she has about 3 years of experience. I went to her initially for my first time there based on the reviews on yelp, only to find that it was not a fit. I advised that I did not care to get undressed, as I was advised that it was not necessary. The facial did not start until 7 minutes after my appointment time and I arrived 10-15 minutes early. She stopped 2 minutes early. So I did not receive 9 minutes of a 30 minute facial, which I think is significant. So I did not get almost 1/3 of what I paid for which I think was expensive in the first place. The facial was otherwise very nice but not 30 minutes as I paid for. I feel shortchanged. ‍

At other locations I usually have great experiences and my service providers look like they know they're doing, and there is a lot of communication between me and the staff. This location however I will not be back to. I made an appointment for a Brazilian and I was notified five minutes before my appointment that my service provider would be about 10 minutes late which was no problem for me. However I ended up waiting 30 minutes for my appointment. After all that waiting I was hoping I could at least get a good service, but no. My Brazilian took 45 minutes and my service provider had no idea what she was doing. She went over my skin way too many times and it became irritated after my wax. On top of it all she left so much hair. I had three weeks worth of growth within a week. I got a message asking about my experience and I answered honestly about how horrible my experience was. The manager reaches out to me and she was really nice about it and offered me a touch up. I was unable to attend because I got the wax for vacation. She then offered me a discount on my next service that I had no need for since I have prepaid services. I explained that to the manager but she literally ghosted me after. There are better European wax centers out there, please go to another because this location is so unprofessional and does not train their staff well.
