When I arrived for the appointment, I was thrilled to see that her shop was spotless. We chatted for a bit about what I was looking for. Once Brielle started the process of measuring and creating the shape, she would periodically check in with me to make sure I liked the placement, shape, size, etc... It was clear that Brielle's knowledgeable but that she wants to make sure that the customer gets what they want. The microwblading process surprisingly, wasn't painful. Brielle used numbing jell and often asked if there was any pain or if I was wanting more numbing jell. When she finished she asked if I wanted her to add anymore. I loved that she was really catering to what I wanted. I am thrilled with how they came out and with my entire experience. I love my brows and I would definitely recommend!
