Today I schedule an appointment for 3:30 with Mimi and the owner Yen decides to lie and say I never mention Mimi when it was scheduled. After waiting 30 minutes. Now it's 4 o'clock had no choice but to sit with a different tech , 5 min later they get a walk in and guess who they got yes Mimi. Smh! it's all about money here if you're not a regular . I've been coming here for last 6 months but apparently it's not enough to be a regular for the owner . They rush they are rude you show them what you want as in color and style and act like they don't know what you're talking about . I don't recommend them at all poor customer service. They talk about you in their language. Yen is money hungry and is very rude unless like I said you're her regular.

I am happy to say, I was pleasantly surprised and thought it was a great job. They were closing soon and I stopped in last minute for a full white tip set. One of the reviews mentioned the man who worked in there being terrible. I thought that to be completely opposite. I think he did a great job and was so sweet with my 2 year old daughter. Also, their prices are great! A full set is $25 and for white tip its $30. I was very happy with this location and really hope this review can change the opinions of those who read the negative ones... I understand that people move on but when I asked where and why she was gone the girl who answered the phone kept evading my questions and kept talking really fast trying to push me toward another person. Okay, fine, I get that they're trying to book other people to keep the business afloat but the lack of professionalism and sensitivity was off putting. The thing is, people are highly sensitive about their hair, both men and women and finding just the right person to make you look good is a gruelling process. Finding out my person was gone without notice, without given a choice to follow her or choose another person still at the Oasis, lacked integrity. I feel like cattle, like a number. I hope the owner reads this and opts to change policy and hire someone a wee bit more professional to answer the phone.
