I called and she got me right in. I had crooked acrylic nails and they had too much product on them. She fixed them and they look amazing. She filed them down and made them straight again. My colleagues said my nails look like chewing gum squares as they are too thick, not sculpted professionally, and are not elegant, in appearance. Will have to have redone at my own expense. My Nail Salon is the best nail salon in Brockport. I have been to the other nail salons on 4th Section in the plazas and the one on 19 which is in a plaza as well. My Nail Salon is cleaner, the staff is kind and accommodating, and the equipment is new and well maintained. I get a dip manicure and gel pedicure every time and regardless of the technician (3), I am always pleased with every aspect of the services. They are thorough and skilled. Today was my first time at my nail salon, before I came in I was actually at a different nail salon and they literally butchered my nails and had a horrible experience and I was able to get a appointment with my nail salon and they actually took me at 6 o'clock and Chia I believe is her name spent her time and put in a lot of effort into my nails and I am so happy!!! I don't care how much my nails cost as long as they are done well and the quality is amazing! Called mid morning and was able to get in on my lunch break. Very clean and lots of options for the gel manicure I wanted. Had a young girl named Serena and she did amazing. I showed her a pic of what I wanted and what I was hesitant about with it she came up with the perfect way to incorporate it... plus she made the color by knowing what two colors to lay on top of each other. Went here to get a quick gel polish put on - I didn't have time for the full mani. I had Cindy and she was really nice, the place was also nice looking. They have a cute little Pomeranian puppy that walks around too. My only problem was the price, usually I can just get a gel polish put on for $15 but here is was $20, no clue how much a full mani is. I went bc I was in desperate need of a pedicure and was visiting from out of town. my brother and sister law have businesses on the same street. I don't remember the technicians name, but she was a recent grad of a cosmetology program, very skilled and friendly. she gave me great leg scrub followed by a fabulous leg massage. she did an excellent and careful job on my toes. it was a 30$ pedicure/polish and I have her a well deserved 15% tip. well worth it! the shop had been recently painted and was very clean. my only regret was that I didn't have time for a manicure bc then I would have been able to see the tv which was broadcasting the rio olympics!
