After being fortunate enough to have found Jennifer Irvine several months ago, I called to make an appointment only to find that she's left this establishment. I understand that people move on but when I asked where and why she was gone the girl who answered the phone kept evading my questions and kept talking really fast trying to push me toward another person. Okay, fine, I get that they're trying to book other people to keep the business afloat but the lack of professionalism and sensitivity was off putting. The thing is, people are highly sensitive about their hair, both men and women and finding just the right person to make you look good is a gruelling process. Finding out my person was gone without notice, without given a choice to follow her or choose another person still at the Oasis, lacked integrity. I feel like cattle, like a number. I hope the owner reads this and opts to change policy and hire someone a wee bit more professional to answer the phone. read more

Absolutely terrible. I came here a while ago for acrylics, they were uneven and bumpy, and I had to pay $120?!! Never again

Came here for the first time, saw it was very nice and clean but unfortunately the services were horrible. The pedicure was not done properly it felt very superficial, they did not clean the cuticles and under the nail properly. Used no cuticle cream to soften them to clean them, had to ask them to go back to clean them up more. Manicure was not done with water, cuticles being cut dried and it hurt. Nails were left dried they looked horrible. Way to expensive to have to pay $70 for this horrendous job. Very disappointed in how they turned out I have to go home an fix them now. Brockport newest all in exclusive spa. The decor is beautiful inside and very welcoming. It was a nice treat on a rainy day. Alexis was kind and very professional. She took her time and kept asking if I was happy. I sat back and enjoyed the chair massage while getting the spa treatment. It was amazing how relaxed I was. Spa at the Oasis also does hair, nails, massages. The spa is connected to the tanning spa so after you pamper yourself you can get tan. I highly recommend! I made an appointment for eyebrow waxing. It was unfortunate to give a review but while everyone was kind, no one was masked or gloved. Any service especially standing over someone after a mandate should be. Additionally the eyebrow job wasn't great.
