The space was not an easy space to work with but Bonacio got it done! I also hired Bonacio Construction to create a large closet as well as the installation of new lighting fixtures. From the moment we met it was professional, friendly and fun. The work is exemplary. The main points of contact, James Ackerman and Amanda Santy were always in touch and easy to deal with. In fact, James was super picky regarding the tile selection and I appreciated his opinions and perfection. One of the employees, Jim, was punctual and also very efficient. Believe me, I see scams and immoral hikes in pricing for the consumers especially the consumers coming into Saratoga for the track season. Not here. This is a family run business with folks who work hard and do a beautiful job. On a side note, James was nice enough to do a formal walk thru on my home when the builder (not Bonacio) did not show up when I flew to New York for my pre- settlement walk thru.
