The staff members are so kind and helpful - they explained each radio option and price point and made sure I was able to choose the one that would work best with what I was looking for. After I left my car with them, they called with updates and even went out of their way to save me money on one of the parts! I also called and moved my appointments around a bunch before even bringing my car in and they were always so understanding and chill. I can't recommend this business enough. What was bothersome was the fact that after I drove 40 mins to the other location, the man working welcomed me in, looked at the tower, and helped regardless of the appointment.
