Would have appreciated a bit more time spent on explaining which part of the gutter needs fixing or special attention, as I know there are at least 2 such places. Taylor was able to provide a complete gutter replacement with Gutter covers for less than LeafFilter for just covers on my old gutters! The initial install did not go well. To his credit, Taylor took personal oversight over the corrections and did whatever it took to make the gutters perfect. We had a tricky problem with water behind the gutters, and worked with a couple roofers without a resolution. Highpoint was professional in their assessment, acknowledging that the issue was in between roofer and gutter purview. They booked out a couple months in the busy fall season, but when time came around installation went smoothly. Shortly afterwards we had an issue with water sneaking in again. I don't blame them for that- as I said, it was a tricky issue- But I do give them big credit for promptly following up to make sure things were right. They came back multiple times to re-examine and to make an adjustment and address the issue. As a homeowner I can't stress how valuable it is to work with a company that takes responsibility for getting a the job done right and prioritizing the customer's satisfaction. Estimate was detailed. Got screws reinstalled for a loose gutter and downspout. Also installed z flashing. Crew was super friendly and easy to work with. We need a whole new gutter installed for our 2-story single family home. We eventually installed standard gutter guard on 5K gutter. Hard pipe channel water to lower gutter section. It went really well. Gutter was install beautifully, and they corrected some mistake the roofer did to make the gutter work better. High Point totally rocked the gutter installation! We had 180 ft of gutter and 120 ft of downspouts. We requested three estimates and only Mike of High Point came on site. Mike was honest about trying to do it cheap and explained for a little extra (seriously) we could get their thicker gauge material and upgraded hangers. They screw in! We had Crew 2 (Jake and Nathan). Jake and Nate showed up on time and did a full walk around to make sure High Point met our expectations. Both men were very friendly (I like to talk) and a pleasure to work with. Jake came back two days later to install hinges on a few of our downspouts. This allows us to lift the downspouts for mowing and still keep the water away from the foundation. I highly recommend the hinges. We couldn't be happier with the results. I hired this company based on their many 5 star reviews and their reasonable estimate for my gutter work. The estimate was fine and communication before the job was fine. But, once the work began, the entire experience was less than average. They were over-scheduled on the day of my work and so, even though they called to tell me they wouldn't make it, they did not arrive. I spent hours at home waiting for them for nothing. The installer who was meant to come clearly did not have good information from the many emails I had exchanged with the owner. The owner and I had a solid plan but the technician did not seem to know at all about this plan. The company came back on the next business day (Friday to Monday) when I was not home and said it would not be a problem for me to not be there. I marked the gutters with red tape just in case. That day, I got a call from a different technician, who ALSO apparently had bad information about what the job was. He had replaced a downspout on the front of my house which was never even discussed and was never even part of the problem. It was as if he just went up to the house and replaced a random downspout. His phone call was to tell me that he was done. I made it clear than he was not done, because he had replaced a downspout that didn't need it and had not even looked at the problem corner in the first place. I explained the job to him in detail again, mentioned that the estimator had all the information, told him WHICH corner on the house needed work (which should have been obvious and noted clearly in the work order) and that the plan was to try to raise and level the gutters if possible. He called back a short while later to say that raising them wasn't possible so he had added another downspout. Ok, fine. He also said they wouldn't charge me for the mistakenly replaced downspout (I would hope not!) and that he had sealed 5 corners, not the 3 corners I had asked for and marked with red tape. He said that he "just did those for free". I spoke to High Point the day the work was done to say that although the added downspout looked fine, I was disappointed with the lack of communication and that neither of the technicians seemed to have any idea what the job was supposed to be. Now it is 3 days later and the invoice arrives and it is not correct. They charged me for all 5 corner reseals. After an email to the owner, he did send a corrected invoice. So, maybe I just got a bad job or a series of miscommunications...but I wouldn't hire this company again or recommend them based on this performance. read more

We worked with Taylor to plan out our gutter replacement. He recommended Bulldog gutter guards and new, larger downspouts. The job was done in one day, including replacement of rotted boards along one section of our roof. We have been very pleased with the final product, including the performance of the gutter guards. They provided suggestions for the colors of my gutters and downspouts. Taylor even suggested a different color to match my roof for the downspouts that run across my roof from the second story gutters to the first level gutters. The winter snow pushed a large section of my gutter away from the roof. Austin came out to give us a quote; he inspected the problem and diagnosed it within minutes. He explained what the issue was and how they could re-attach the gutters better than the way they were installed.
