Again, no floor person to provide help. I have to go back to the kiosk to get additional assistance. A royal pain in the butt. What has happened to providing customer service? It's of no value at this business. I did buy 2 pairs of shoes. Now that I know my size I'll simply buy them from the company directly or shop on amazon. For a few dollars more I think it will be worth my sanity. While I'm on a roll I suppose I should mention the check out process. That's about the same as the floor staff. Useless!
