Almost a year ago since my gate was built by Moises. Initially I was impressed but to say I'm disgusted by his work and what he did is an understatement! The quote I received from him indicated all metal components were powder coated. Multiple surfaces started rusting within 3 weeks and there was no rain during that time. He did come out, after going back and forth for 3 weeks, to address the problem. He took off all the wooden boards started to clean up and spray paint the metal. Powder coating is not spray painting. It is an entirely different process. Fast forward to now. The welding on the frame was and is so sub par, that the gate sagged. Not having someone with this piss poor of a work ethic back on my property. I researched, talked with neighbors and found someone with far far superior work ethic and skill set to come out and fix Moises debacle. DO NOT do business with this Moises. You will be disappointed and let down. This was my experience. The quote did say powder coated. The same quote you lost and had to get a copy from me. You had the opportunity to do the job right the first time. If you had, there would be no need to "fix" it. The weld problem was so bad, why would I allow you to waste more of my time? The day came for the install and I was amazed that start to finish for 32 feet of fencing was completed in 3 hours, our set-up was a little tricky as they had to deal with a cable box and the neighbor's sprinkler heads that were very close to our property line for the install! Moises finished our 23 foot redwood fence today and it looks fantastic and sturdy as can be. My neighbor had a raised planter that constantly poured dirt into my yard through the gaps in the old fence that was falling down.
