So I had been looking for a place to tint the windows of my 2017 Acura TLX. I usually get with a mobile service, but my last experience with my wife's car didn't go so well. So I booked with a location to get ceramic tint for a very expensive price, BUT then I checked Groupon just as a precaution. I found HQ window tinting and they had a special that didn't apply to ceramic tint but their price was a lot cheaper! So I booked it and added my wife for a single window as well. I was a little late for my appointment, but they were able to get me and my wife in. They started with my wife which took a little longer then we expected. After my wife's window was done, my car was up next. Overall, I was very happy with the service provided. I have my windows under warranty so if there are any bubbles, peeling, etc then I am covered. A bubble took nearly two weeks to go away and I was going to bring my car in, which they encouraged! Before scheduling anything officially...it went away! I just wish I went darker!!!! read more

I found this place because I found a groupon online. They were awesome! I called and made an appointment over a month in advance since they could only do so many Groupons a day. When I got there at 9am for my appointment the gentleman that helped me was super kind & before tinting my windows he made sure to let me know anything that I may want to consider before going through with it. Just giving me the information to make that call myself was very nice because he easily could have overlooked those things and not told me just to get my business. GLAD HE DIDNT! It took about 2 hours longer than they originally told me, but luckily I wasn't busy that day because the work they did was HIGH QUALITY! I got 5 in the back, 30 in the front && I LOVE IT! Although my window did take some time to get rid of the bubbles (this is also due to the fact that it was gloomy/rainy season when I had first got my tint, but now, it's perfectly fine!) Had our car windows done a month ago. Front window is cloudy and has air pockets at the corners, there is debris under the tint, and the sunroof tint has small pieces ripped off and is peeling off in the front and back. Driver and passenger doors also have some cloudiness in them. We have had two cars with 3M ceramic film, and neither of them had any type of cloudiness or bubbles. Several friends have pointed out the "cloudiness" look and their cars are 100% clear compared to mine. My mistake was going with the cheapest place I could find. Went back and got an excuse about how the tint is 70% and so is the windshield, there for there is going to be a blueish hue to it. A hue I can deal with, cloudy I cannot. When the sun hits it just right it blinding, and driving at night the windshield looks like it is foggy. I was told to bring it back and have a 50% done on the windshield and that would fix the cloudiness and that the sunroof would be redone. I talked to three other shops for second, third and fourth opinions, and I was told the same thing by all of them. "Cheap film will do this". So now I will be having the entire car stripped and redone with a name brand ceramic film. Do yourself a favor, don't settle for the cheapest place you find unless you don't mind paying for the more than double to have it redone! read more

Got my windows tinted with ceramic tint witch is bs because it still seems the same as the other tint. They try to say ceramic is better and keeps the heat out just to charge you more but that not my why i think there garbage, it's I got a fisheye size hole in my tint and they try to find any way not to fix it they ask me if I had a receipt WF don't you guys have that in your files you say there is a warranty for ceramic but make come over here after I called and talked to someone now they want a receipt you guys are unorganized and and have no business model but to take people money with promises and no result I recommend no one come here unless your going to keep your receipt and prove that they did that crappie job. read more

I was hesitant at first since they didn't have many reviews but were better then some other shops in the area I decided to give them a try though overall the tinting looks nice minus the obvious smudging from them putting them on though I've never heard of tinting inside only of the car though I'm assuming it's good quality that's why though apparently I have a lifetime warranty but not sure what that covers. The waiting area was clean and cool they had tv for customers and nice comfortable couches as well. My only issue is a customer brought in a dog that apparently is racist and or just not people friendly because it kept growling and trying to bark at customers , the staff including me and my child that are poc Though didn't bark at someone the shade of their owner. Only service dogs should be allowed in buildings not regular non helpful pets because it can prevent lawsuits in the future if the animal attacks someone. I had a great experience at HQ. Entire staff was super nice and very helpful. Options were explained clearly and heat examples with a heat lamp were used to show the differences in protection from the sun. I also had my tail lights tinted and they came out looking very slick! This shop is great and is open on Saturday which makes it very convenient. They also have a nice lounge area with a tv and small area for little kids that you can hang out in while you wait. I'll update my review when I see the work done on my car but so far I would recommend this place to anyone I know. UPDATE: It's been 5 days and I love the look of my car! They did a great job and took very good care of the glass. The only thing I would say is that I was a little disappointed with the condition of my seats when I got back in my car. It was raining that day so my seats were covered in water, the mats were dirty, and there was even a receipt from the employee left there. EXCELLENT work! These guys hooked me up in service and quality. I brought my 2013 Lincoln MKX in for tint and the quality is perfect. 2 weeks later I wanted to bring it back for tinting on the front sides and they were quick and efficient...even after having to remove the old tint, it only took about an hour! After my review and after an message blaming a competitor for their ills the owner had this admission: "So they actually said if you're a Groupon customer, you have a 2 week wait time? Your post isn't clear. Of course normal customers get priority over Groupon customers. You know how Groupon operates, right? The businesses lose a -huge- cut." This establishment expects Groupon customers to accept less quality service without disclosing it in their Groupons. Its clear that the owner does not have a clue. My original experience below: Bought a Groupon for this place and called to reserve a time for them to apply tint to my car. There was never an appointment earlier than 2 weeks. A lot can change in 2 weeks and no one can reasonably plan that far out in advance. The lack of availability is self created by this establishment. They make a distinction between those who purchase the Groupon offers and those that don't. The latter group is favored because they pay more while the Groupon purchasers are treated less favorably. The employee on the phone also added "if we just allowed Groupon customers to schedule at the expense of our non Groupon customers we would go bankrutpt." Groupon customers must wait 2 weeks or more while regular customers are serviced immediately. I cancelled my Groupon and got a refund. Groupon felt I was treated unfairly. I have no problem with a policy that favors non Groupon customers over Groupon customers as long as its disclosed on the Groupon purchase page. I can't complain if I knew the policy and what my Groupon actually buys. I feel this is my most important post yet. I can't blame Kalani M. Her experience seems consistent with the experience I had. Wouldn't be surprised if the owner was also a strip club owner. His policies of fleecing the customer are as bad as the treatment that strippers have to go through. Google stripper settlement to understand what I'm talking about. Now High Quality Window Tinting you will go bankruptcy but its not because of Groupon. read more
