DO NOT USE this company, this was an absolutely nightmare from start to finish. First off I got wheels and tires that were the wrong tires for my electric car. 2nd I got a wrap done that took over 2 weeks and gave me the run around the entire time. 3rd after 2 weeks of the wrap being on I got a bubble and some other issues that they then said the warranty wouldn't cover. Last but not least I finally brought the car back because he said he would fix the issue. I came back and all he did was half ass detail my car like I wouldn't notice. Then put a lighter to it to push the material back down that was coming up. After 6 months and 7 thousands later I finally got irritated. He then kept my key from me and made me call the police to get my car back which took four hours for absolutely no reason. The cops came and agreed that he's an idiot and they would've been pissed too. Keep in mind there was no money that needed to be transpired at that point. This place is a joke and the value is absolutely terrible. Please do not go see Taj and Sean. SCAM!!! read more

Might not be the best tint shop in town but their customer service was good in person. I went in to get my two front windows tinted and they took about half a day. When I picked up the car the windows had bubbles on them which is sometimes normal because the sun takes care of them over time. Unfortunately the bubbles just got smaller but never disappeared and upon inspection there was debris between the film and window. When I called back to let them know they rescheduled me about two weeks out instead of fixing it right away. Dropped the car off the second time and they explained to me that they do the work outside so it's pretty common and hard to control. Got the car back in an hour and they only re-did the passenger side window but both windows still have debris between the film. Learned my lesson, so now I will be going across town to my previous tint shop as this nearby one didn't do it for me. Price was $120 for two windows which is about the average currently. Would get my car wrapped here as the tinting was no good. read more

This company put damage to my interior door panel in the back left side of my 2017 Chevy Tahoe. I noticed the damage two days after, I would have noticed it one day after but I knew not to drive it so I wouldn't accidentally roll down the window and damage the tint they serviced so I let my car sit a for a day. This company did not give me any instructions either on the after care of what I shouldn't do but being that I'm knowledgeable that's what I did. The next day I noticed a big gash, what looks like a razor had went into my door panel. I automatically went to NorthSide tint & audio and spoke with the man who did the work on my car and he admitted that the gash was not there when he worked on the car, I already knew that because I just bought this car early this year from GMC dealership, so I know I'm not the one that caused this damage. It was not there before taking it to this establishment and appeared after. I spoke to the owner and he was apologetic and let me know he would cover the damage but has not kept his word, I've waited over 2 months to give this owner some time to cover the damage his employee caused. He told me to send a quote to him from a business that would fix this, and then he ended up telling me he ordered the parts and then when I asked him for a receipt, he said he would send it never did. I even asked him for a refund of the tint service which was $450 and then out of no where he started telling me to send it to his brother, with no details of why his brother is even involved, and gave me his email. This owner is not trustworthy, one to talk over you and just tries to get you out of his face. He likes to hear himself talk I guess. read more

The people who work at this establishment are great people, but they don't tend to keep their word or stay professional. Professionalism is my most important key when it comes to local businesses. I came in to get my first window tint on my brand new 2023 Tesla. Looked great. I didn't check for any burns or some sorts. But after 5 days the back tint started bubbling. Fortunately they fixed it free of charge but they offered me sun shades for my front windshield the next time I came in. I came in today because my right passenger side window started making crumbling noises. Also I had a small chip on the drivers side "due to seatbelts" but the part where it chipped is inside the door side panel so the seatbelts can't hit the window. Ray who I spoke told me I could come in and I told him I will get a friend to pick me up. It would've been professional of him to tell me he didn't need to take the car in for the day so I wouldnt have to tell my friend to come out his way to pick me up. They only offered to fix the chip on my drivers side if I got my windshield tinted . Oh haha also the 2nd redone on the back window has air bubbles again. Cool, I get it. you guys need to make your money. That's fine but if you want a business to grow more and last forever. Ownership is very important and staying by your word with customers is key. They offered lifetime warranty but I don't feel like I'm receiving life time quality. I always have to come back and get it redoIf you don't provide great customer service you won't grow anymore than you expect it to be. All love at the end of the day. I know the trade. But I don't recommend coming here for any tints because it seems like they don't last more than a week haha of daily driving. The price was close to 350$. You should definitely see what other options and choices you have before coming here. read more

Got my new car tinted here today, the guys are very polite and professional and provided top quality results! I previously went to 2 other window tint shops and both times ended up with FAKE 3M film that was a purple tint as soon as it was applied, the material these guys are using is actual 3M brand that has not color to it and it easy to see out of! I was happy that they were willing to squeeze me in on a Saturday with no appointment. They were very professional. The tint job was excellent! With all of that being said, I feel that it is very important that I bring up a situation that hands down was one of the most important factors for me in why I will 100% recommend these guys to anyone! Since they are a cash only establishment....I handed the gentleman my payment when I came to pick up my car. I added a tip into the initial payment. He was busy so he counted quickly and handed me my receipt. I was less than a quarter mile away when he called me and asked me if I knew that I gave him extra money. I am sorry but I was almost speechless by this huge display of honesty! Like no one EVER would be handed extra cash and actually call an individual to make sure that they meant to give them extra. If you come here be prepared to stay with your car or it won't get done. Not so sure what happened today. I made an appointment two days ago for today to get a window tint at 2pm. I brought my car in around 12pm and went to run some errands. At 4pm I called to see if my car was done and was told it wasn't and was told it would be done by 5:30pm. I showed up at 5:30pm to pick up my car and it was in the spot where I left it at 12pm untouched. Cars that were brought in after mine were being worked on before mine. read more
