We used High Roller Entertainment for a photobooth rental for our Santa Photos. Greg was great, arrived early and had a wonderful setup complete with extra lighting. He ran the photobooth like a champ for us, getting through almost 150 people in under 2 hours for photos with out Santa. The photo printer was incredibly fast, and great quality. I researched rental companies and found High Roller to be the most reasonably priced, so I decided to go with them for my party. Since I was hiring a company that I was unfamiliar with, it was extremely important that there was good communication so I had an idea of how the company would do business the day of the event. Will they show up on time or even at all? Will I be able to contact someone if there are changes/issues/additional requests needed prior? How is their follow through? Are they trustworthy, etc. Unfortunately, High Roller fell short. A response to my initial request for info was provided within 24 hours...Then slowly response time became longer and longer. The last straw? I spoke with the event mgr to tell him I had decided to go with their company. I sent him info he requested on the same day. He said he was going to email me a contract the next day because he was at a business conference. Next day came...no email. Day 2, no email. Day 3, 4, 5, no email. I emailed and called him multiple times over the course of the week for follow-up and heard nothing. Being so close to the event date and not wanting to end up WITHOUT any tables, I contacted my second choice company and booked with them. A week later, which was also 5 days prior to the event, I finally hear from the event mgr providing me with a contract and apologizing because he was on vacation. Uh...no thanks! I am by all means a bargain shopper...but in this case I'd recommend spending a little extra money for your own peace of mind. read more

The dealers are ALL friendly, fun, and knowledgeable. While rolling the dice on the standard size craps table with 15 other people cheering you on, you almost forget that you are not in Vegas. The games they provided at this event were roulette, craps, and blackjack (two tables).
