We found too much wrong with this place. 1- Waitress was rude, forgetful, annoyed by our requests, even combative. She refused to give our friend her coupon free App at the time of visit. Stated that the website was the problem. 2-food potatoes were cold. So was the beef on the sandwich. 3- couldn't get utensils when asked. Needed to repeat request. 4-meat was like rubber. Meal was not eaten. Requested it to be taken off the bill. Waitress said she forgot. Needed to get it taken off. After the request for it to be removed. We will never visit again. read more

Went on a Monday night, when they were having a trivia contest. The crowd, a mix of all ages, was having a good time. The decor is a little worn but it seems like a place the regulars love. This location did a fantastic job on my catering order today. I spoke with Lindsey yesterday to place a very last-minute large (25-30) people catering order and she helped me every step of the way. I picked up the order today and not only was Lindsey there to greet me but she went above and beyond to make sure the order was correct I had the right amount of silverware, plates, napkins, cups etc. The staff helped me out to my car with all of the items and the office I catered lunch too had nothing but great things to say about the quantity and quality of the food. As a marketing rep who usually does 3 luncheons a week, I will definitely be utilizing this location for my Haines City and Davenport luncheons. Kuddos to an amazing team. read more

Customer service on the phone was horrible, I called in a order and spoke with the manager named Jay ,Jay had a terrible disposition from the start of my order , I asked if they served buffalo wings and she stated yes, so i asked what flavors do you have and that's where the attitude kicked in , she stated hot medium and mild I said that's the temperature I need to know the flavors. She then angrily said there's 17 different flavors ,The problem was that she did not want to read off all the flavors but that's your job Jay , I need to know what flavor sauce the chicken comes in ! The lunch burgers and Philly cheesesteaks are probably the best items on the menu besides curly fries. I don't normally get chicken tenders because they come out dry the few times I've tried. The burgers are juicy and flavorful and the lunch deal includes fries and a drink for about $11 and it's worth it. During lunch hours they are not too busy. Got introduced to the place through their online trivia night- trivia itself was GREAT. Lots of fun, hosted well, etc. We loved being able to be part of it from home. We won free wings, ordered them, and picked them up. Not good. The wings were soggy and not very flavorful, as well as having to argue about our voucher. Update 12/2020 - This location has become a bit more of a disappointment with the pandemic. The food is still excellent and the service is good. There is always an interesting crowd when we are here. Lots of TV's means too many sports at one time. We stopped in and it was wing Wednesday so we got wings, only 79 cents each. My companion got the honey BBQ which they always enjoy. I opted to try their Nashville hot dry rub and they were fairly good if a bit drier than I am used to. They were not nearly as hot as I had hoped but I did enjoy them. So far as being prepared to protect people they were lacking. There is signage at the entrances requiring masks but there is zero enforcement. This seems to be a trend in Haines City. We saw 4 people working and only one was wearing a mask all the time and correctly. One kept having theirs slip down from their nose and the other two really didn't bother at all. People came and went went and walked around and none of them wore masks. I found this to be disappointing. read more

What the WOW. My mind is blown this was one of the worst dining experiences that I've ever experienced. Customer service to food and bev was horrific. I honestly wish that we had left after waiting for 25 min after having been sat to even be greeted. We finally get greeted order our drinks water, soda and 2 kids bev along with a beer. The beer comes out within 5min it takes an additional 10min to get the other drinks. We had a spill and asked a manager for a towel to clean it up he walked away then 5 min later walked by again and realized he forgot saying "oh ya that is what I walked back there for". It honestly was not that busy. We asked our server about 2 appetizers she informed us they are all out of spinach Dip so to choose Buffalo dip, We place our order, all of our stuff comes out except our appetizer. I asked if it was coming to which she replied "they still have to pop it in the microwave". We asked to please just cancel the order. She was very apologetic. The water tasted like sewage and the food was fine although maybe the water messed with my taste but my daughters fries tasted weird. We asked how long the Lava cake would take to make which the server informed us it just had to be popped in the microwave. We told her thanks we will think about it and then it came out a 5 min later. The manager came by and apologized about the "miscommunication" with our appetizer and said he took care of it. I am still confused about that though because we ordered it and it never came there was no miscommunication there. Stopped in here after a day at Sea World. Got the fish and chips. I know, why would I get fish at a place with beef in the name...maybe it was all the fish I saw at Sea World. Anyway, it was tasty. Crunchy and hot. But only got four little strips. I thought it would be bigger pieces. Fries were crisp and yummy. Hubby liked his BBQ bacon burger and 5 year old liked his Kraft Mac and cheese. My seven year old didn't eat anything but the fries but she loved the picture trivia! We played two rounds and had a lot of fun. Haven't seen any recent reviews on this location, which is unfortunate, because I had a very good experience in here tonight, which is diametrically opposed to not only many of the earlier reviews, but also to the dump down the road in Davenport. This place was great. The first thing I noticed in comparison to the Davenport location is how much more inviting the interior is. It's much brighter and more open, feels far more modern. TVs EVERYWHERE. Aesthetically, it's just much more appealing than the location right down the road. My daughter and I came for dinner, and were waited on by Cassidy, who had such a beautiful smile, I had to let her know on the receipt, lol. Overall, I noticed this location had young, cute girls serving, who all seemed happy to be doing so. Again, this is a polar opposite of the Davenport location, which had older women who appeared to hate their jobs. This almost seemed to be staffed similarly to a Tijuana Flats, which is a good thing. We ordered a side of pub chips to come out early, and they were super fresh, you could tell they were just dropped into the fryer. Very tasty. I got a wings and mozz sticks combo. The wings were a tad overcooked, but still very good. The sticks were planks, which can be hit or miss, but I found these to be cooked just right and were a great complement to the wings. Daughter had the fish and shrimp combo, grilled, and she loved it. Whomever is running this place should share their wisdom with their dysfunctional cousin down the street. Just moved to the area and trying out all the local restaurants. This place will for sure be on our regular rotation! Service was great, our waitress was SO nice (thank you Kelsey!). We're in the middle of a pandemic. I don't care if you don't require people to wear masks coming in and out, but the staff should be. They are handling people's food. Our sever and most of the staff did not have a mask on. And the ones that did, had it either hanging from their chin or had it under their nose. While normally Beefs are a decent place to go for quick food at a decent price, this one is different. The place looks closed, run down and uninviting. Then you walk inside and it gets worse. Place is dirty, looks old, smells like a run down bowling ally. The service is the worst. Unfriendly, unprofessional staff who will never revisit the table, rude, talk down to you (sorry you're working at Beef O'Bradys you're in no place to talk). I would not recommend going to the Winter Haven location. I went there 9/20/19 at 7 PM. The server was really nice. But the problem came after I received my food. I ordered a steak and the steak was a little over cooked and had no seasonings on it. I just didn't care for it. I really didn't care that much. I wasn't going to eat it. But I didn't want to send it back. My mother in told the server that my steak was over cooked and please send it back. This is where the store manage came out very loud saying that there is nothing wrong with this steak. He made sure to get the whole restaurant attention. Causing silence in the restaurant and all eyes were on us. He went on to say "I'm not sure what you were expecting in this steak its medium rare. By this time I'm super embarrassed. Mind you I didn't want to send it back in the first place. So I just balled up and said it's okay I'll eat it. The manager looked really mad and came off really aggressive. I was really surprised that this is the store manager. On vacation my family and I stopped in here for a nice lunch after our flight. As we walked in I noticed it looked like your typical chain franchise. We sat down in most uncomfortable seats ever! The waitress came and took our drink order after being gone for nearly 15min she returned with them. Never coming back asking us if we want refills. The food quality was subpar just barely above edible. Only reason we stayed to finish our meal was due to hunger and time. The burgers were over cooked under seasoned frozen patties. After a long day at Epcot our party of five stopped in for a "quick" dinner. We were seated promptly in this freezing cold restaurant by a friendly young girl Who was clearly very new at her job. There was a table next to us with several unruly children one of whom screamed a High pitch noise every 30 seconds non-stop! The drinks arrived quickly as did an order of yummy pretzels. However, our simple food orders took over an hour to arrive with our poor waitress not knowing why it was taking so long. The restaurant was not even half full. We watched the sun set through the windows that have no blinds. When the food finally did arrive one of us had to wait even longer (for a salad !?) and when that item arrived it was incorrect. Throughout this ordeal our waitress was cheerful helpful and apologetic. I will say that the salad I had was fresh & the wings were absolutely delicious. Everyone's food tasted good. There must just be a problem in the kitchen at this place. I think I will try beef O Brady's again someday at a different location. Oh and one more thing the bathroom was disgusting and normally i use that as a guide on how the restaurant is Run. I guess you can do the math!! read more
