Lisa was very, VERY attentive to my needs and all I can say are good things! We had a miscommunication on what I wanted originally and she handled it with grace and skill. She's very friendly and easy to talk to about pretty much anything, so you won't have to have an awkward silence while you're getting your hair done. I got my rather long hair cut into long layers, trimmed, thinned out, lifted (bleached) and colored. My hair feels so much lighter now that Lisa thinned it out. My neck used to hurt sometimes because my hair was so thick/heavy and I don't have that problem now, which is a relief. Lisa colored the bleached parts of my hair a gorgeous teal/green color, and I love it! She did what I wanted done with my hair, not what she wanted, which is a good thing to find in a stylist, and it's been hard for me to find in the past. I will definitely be going back as I was blown away by both Lisa's professionalism and performance. You will not regret going to this salon, I promise!

I made an appointment on the app last minute because I want to treat myself after a very hard week of work. I was a little early for my appointment and I was waited on by the owner. Yes not a receptionist by the owner. I was given a choice of beverages and my coffee was served to me not in a Styrofoam cup not in a plastic cup, but in a hand painted China Coffee mug. It was so delicate and beautiful and exquisite. I didn't want to drink coffee from it I just wanted to look at it. I was afraid to drink coffee from it because I was afraid I was going to break it. The staff is so attentive and asked so many questions. And she was amazing. She did exactly what I asked her to do and I was out of there and minimal amount of time. I've been to Salons all over the United States. And I would travel halfway across the country to come back to have a blowout and a style from the salon. The salon was spotless. There was not a speck of dust anywhere. It was magnificently, clean and exquisite. It was minimal and no clutter. Hands-down, the best experience I have ever had in Columbus Ohio.
