She curled the curls so tight they looked liked rats tails. The manager intervened when she saw that I had tears in my eyes. She did try to fix it but it was a futile attempt. The damage was done. I was there for over 2.5 hours and I was late for my event. I actually had someone at the event say to me that my hair looked "so different" and recommended that I stay with my normal softer look. I was mortified. This event was a special one to me and it was ruined. I didn't want my picture taken at all! I couldn't wait to wash it out! ... the only positive I have about my experience is that in the shampoo and blow dry was very relaxing. After that, it was horrible!

Unfortunately, the scalp treatment didn't last more than a day and the blowout is nice but I am not that kind of person to keep a hairstyle looking nice for several days.
