First a foremost, I feel bad writing this review since she was very sweet. But I just can't "get used" to these lashes. I asked for a natural lash and I got the opposite. The length of them are so long that they hit my eyebrows and are very irritating. They clump up on the ends and I'm constantly having to brush them out to lay right. I also feel like they're a little sparse and have empty spaces where there shouldn't be. If you like full glam lashes this place is for you! Unfortunately, this is not what I wanted. I did mention they were a little long for me, she said it will take some time to get used to them and when I come back she can remove a few long ones. She was reassuring me that she will do whatever I wanted and would make them right. As much as I appreciateI just don't think it's possible to fix them without removing everything and starting fresh. I didn't know what to say.. so I just left. Again, she's lovely and such a nice person. And if it was a review on her personality alone I would give her 5 stars!! But I need to be honest about the result of the lashes, and it's simply just not what I asked for. I looked at her photos of her clients afterwards to see where I missed something, and I noticed that they are all long and full. I probably should've checked that first. When I first came to kelly I wasn't too sure what I wanted really and when I explained to her what I "thought" I wanted she did exactly what I requested. However, to no fault of hers but rather MY OWN crazy idea - I thought go glam-bam "Voluptuous volume and sexy bedroom eyes" I was sadly disappointed (not by her work) but the extreme radical change I wasn't expecting. I gave it a day to try an adjust- but when my husband requested I get them removed I knew it wasn't a good look. When I contacted her about getting them removed via a text she graciously and promptly picked up the phone and reached out to me directly; she offered to not just remove them but completely re-do them at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE!!! That blew my mind - time is money! She was not just willing to remove them at no cost but also completely re apply them, just to make me happy (despite her providing what I asked for) the process is very time consuming. I am very pleased with HER recommendation and outcome of my new lashes !!!!! More flattering and get a lot of compliments! I came in for this service last week and the lady that started my lashes left without notice and when I got up there was another lady that finished my lashes, which to me was scary not knowing that could happen just like that. I have never asked for discount I have never been a problem as I come in humble so to be treated like this for something that is not my fault is unfair. I thought I found my lash place when I started coming to you all. Pls don't worry about me bothering you all again. So fast forward, I was called by management to fix things and they did... I have been working with John for about a year and he always gets me right. My lashes are always on point and last a while even longer than 3 weeks.
