Couldn't really taste much of the oolong tea. They have a self-serve kiosk which we used. The ambiance is pretty nice and minimal and also very quiet. Loud conversations aren't recommended unless you'd also like the whole place to listen. This is definitely a spot for actual tea service vs a sweet and fun drink. I need to come back for that purpose to really get a full vibe. A wfh/study session would be great here though!

Seems like a fun experience. I also like the owner made me something option as a fun surprise but also for the indecisive! Oolong No.2 Milk Tea (Da Hong Pao) w/ Boba - boba seems to be made in house but not positive. It's a cube shape like other handcrafted boba rather than the typical round pearls. Great texture, chewy, and slightly bouncy. However, not very flavorful. Tea was rich and delicate, with a splash of milk. I was worried less sugar would be sweet like 70% but it's more like 25% or less which let me appreciate the tea.

What a place. This is so much more than just a coffee house. Tons of options, great ambience, and…read moregenuinely kind people. We started with a mocha, a solid, well-balanced drink that wasn't overly sweet and was just perfect. We didn't plan on eating here, but the menu was way too tempting. We ordered the cinnamon roll, and wow. This was insanely good. Most cinnamon rolls in the U.S. feel like sugar-heavy, cinnamon-flavored buns, but this one was light, flavorful, and beautifully made. The irimshik on top really elevated it, subtle, warm, and just sweet enough. Easy 10/10. Next was the cottage cheese pancake, which was also very good. It had a generous amount of cottage cheese stuffed inside, and paired with the sweet irimshik dip, the dish came together really well. 9/10. We then tried the qattama. It was good. flaky, crispy, and reminded me of a paratha. It came with a sour irimshik dip. While each component was good, I felt the qattama would shine more with a gravy-based dish. 7/10. Finally, we ordered the Nan Salma pasta. It's a tarry-based white sauce pasta with a unique flavor profile, and it was genuinely yum. Definitely something different and worth trying. Highly recommend it. 8/10. You have space to sit down and work as well. Service was good too. Some of the dishes might take 7-10mins to get prepared. It's not like your daily coffee shop who have stuff ready to go Overall, a great spot with unique food and a welcoming vibe. Definitely coming back. 9/10

After my companion greeted them they still did not respond but greeted the next patron, a white lady. Based on the prior yelp reviews I was very taken aback by this response. Will definitely spend my money with a business that can greet all customers. A very disappointing experience Edit - instead of being disappointed with my honest experience in your store you should be disappointed in your staff and take this opportunity to train and coach them. I'm sure you have cameras, I invite you to review them. May you have the day you deserve.

For example, I was looking for a jasmine tea and didn't see any jasmine options displayed, so I asked about it, and they told me they have three different types. I asked for the strongest one, and they recommended the Royal Jasmine, and wow, I absolutely loved it. The flavor was intense, so I had to buy a bag to take home. I also love the fact that they sell tea by the cup. If you want to try several teas without committing to a full bag, you can simply buy a cup, which is such a thoughtful option.

We were lucky that this was located in that Chinatown mall because we got parking and we're able to walk directly up here. When I got here, there was no line there was one other patron waiting for her order. There are a couple screens where you put your order in and then they text you because they ask you for your phone number once your order is ready then you pick it up right on the left-hand side of where they're actually is a register. The one girl who was working here that day was very nice and friendly, but I don't think she totally understood me as I was trying to explain the benefits of leaving tip in cash versus tip on the card at the kiosk where you put your order in. We did order two drinks and both drinks are absolutely delicious. However the Taro milk Boba tea was a little bit chewy. You could obviously customize your toppings, the sugar amount, the iced amount, etc. that sounds pretty standard. The flavors were delicious and super fresh so frankly, if this came out of a can or out of powder, it definitely didn't taste like it. Really top quality and great taste for the price. I believe each drink was $6.25 which puts it right at par with a lot of its competitors in Chinatown. Also, if you order some of the unique drinks that come in a unique square cup, believe it or not. The location is completely decked out in their pink. It's very cute and I assume was really put together for the purpose of social media pictures as you can see from the pictures I took. I would definitely come back here again as it is unique however, a lot of the menu is pretty similar across the Boba competitors located in this exact same mall as well.
