Cookies & cream bao and Mango sagoo coconut jelly

It is a small cafe with few seats inside. When we visited, the cafe was busy but we got our food quickly after placing an order via the tablet. - Mango sagoo coconut jelly: it had good sweetness but I wish it was creamier. It had lots of mango pieces and the sagoo was perfect texture (soft but not mushy). - Cookies & cream cheesecake bao: just okay. The bao was kinda dry. The cheesecake filling tasted good but it didn't taste like cookies & cream.

You can order thru their kiosk upon entering. I had the Mango matcha and Ube Basque cheesecake. I loved both, the cheesecake was light and delicate and not that sweet! The mango matcha has a like a matcha foam on top and sweetness level is adjustable. Happy tummy!

Good boba. Good location. Only one staff member but he's working hard. Small spot with 4-5 tables to sit.

This is my first time in Chicago so we took The Big Bus tour bus. Got off at Millennium Park stop and came into this cute little place and ordered the Classic Organic Milk Tea (with coconut milk & 25% sweetener). WOW! The strength of the tea was strong and couldn't taste the coconut milk at all. It was refreshing and the place is cool.

Not as great of an experience as the China town location. It's smaller. Didn't see as much merch. Ordered a pretty drink and it was sweet. I can't wait to get the creme brulee again.

I really liked the cup design of the drinks! They were so cute. I like that it was a soda can top instead of the usual plastic tops! The drinks came out fairly quickly even though the place was busy near closing. There are some seats inside if you do want to sit, but there's not a ton of space. For the drinks, I really liked the Thai tea latte. You can't adjust the sugar but it wasn't that sweet to me and it was soo good. The flavor was really strong. The mango lemonade was also really good! The lemonade made it nice and tart, but it was still at a good sweetness level. I would definitely love to come back and try it again if I'm in Chicago :)

Soft and chewy - warm and gooey - Ube cheesecake! Super cute inside with some limited seating. The cheesecake bao was a 5-10 min wait so we walked a bit and came back. Very tasty!

Waiting for our boba in the cutest little shop.

This little boba shop sits right across from Millennium Park and has a little view of downtown Chicago from the indoor seating. It honestly feels like stepping out of the city for a bit even though you are literally on the Chicago strip. The whole place gives off such cute teahouse vibes and I live for that. They were really busy when I went and it looked like only one person was working. I get that small shop life but waiting a while for a premade cake and two drinks wasn't my favorite part. Still, the decor and the whole vibe made the wait way easier. My trusty brown sugar boba was magnificent and their fruity smoothies are delish. Ordering at the kiosk gives you plenty of customization so you can really make your drink perfect. The Mille Crepe Cakes tasted soft and almost melt in your mouth. Even with the wait, I am glad I stuck it out. The spot is adorable, the drinks hit the way they should, and it is a fun little place to hang out in the middle of everything.

Great little boba spot! Order on kiosk and we were surprised with some promotion deals! We had lavender matcha, creme brutle matcha, and a boba latte and all were great. Cute drinks with nice plastic bottles. Quick service

    Yummy drinks.

I was in town for the Chicago Marathon and it was open during the race. They have boba drinks with milk and without. You can also get non-boba drinks with other jellies like aloe vera. The drinks are served in a long cylinder with a pop-top soda can vibe. Really helpful if you are picking up multiple drinks you need to travel with. Service is fast and when I was there, they had excellent pastries.

We really enjoyed our boba drinks here...not only was the milk tea delicious, the beverages were served in cool pop-top cans! Service was fast and efficient (you order at kiosks). I was super happy with and impressed by all the milk substitutes, including soy and oatmilk (I chose the classic milk tea with oatmilk, boba, and fifty percent sugar). The location is near the Art Institute and Millennium Park...it's a great place for a snack and boba tea if you're in the area (parking is difficult, of course, and we were in the Grant South parking garage which is convenient but can be expensive if you're parked long...I'd make sure to get validation, if possible!)

Pretty teas and coffees in overpackaged flip top cups. Busy space across from millennium park. Don't forget to flip and shake the cup. Also a 10%tip is added automatically. Too few seats. Line moved fast but was there.

Service was great. We got mango matcha brown sugar milk bobas and they were great. Ambiance is welcoming!

I really enjoyed the gluten free granola option and felt like there was a lot of variety when it came to bowl toppings. However, the acai base itself we didn't love ... it tasted very much like a sorbet and a lot more processed than the standard blended acai you're used to. It felt really sugary and not as "real." It is a soft serve experience instead of a blended type. The peanut butter is also just a massive scoop on the side instead of drizzle -- again, preference! We just like the taste of a more pure, real acai with even layering so you get a bit of everything in each bite. SERVICE : This felt very much like a homegrown spot, and my heart went out to the owner as i can tell she is working really hard starting this place. She's incredibly kind and personable and was honestly probably the nicest person we came across in chicago, which makes me want to give this place more stars! I will say, it was a really busy spot and i can tell is a big fan favorite. Overall the bowl was still delicious we just have a bit of a different preference when it comes to acai and this just wasn't our type - doesn't mean it wasn't still good for its own niche!

Sometimes when you're stoned you do the weirdest things and crave the weirdest stuff. I was scrolling on DoorDash for what felt like 67 years when I stumbled on Deep Purpl. Their menu literally screamed exactly what my munchies were demanding, so obviously I ordered everything. First up the Acai Bowl 20oz with banana, strawberry, kiwi, granola, organic honey, extra strawberries, and chia seeds. I am telling you this bowl changed me as a human. I had never had an Acai Bowl before and now I'm obsessed. Every fruit was fresher than fresh, the granola was a spiritual experience, and the balance of flavors was ridiculous. Then I got the PB Toast and I'm still asking myself why I hesitated to pay $6.99 for it. GAWD it was amazing. Crispy bread, peanut butter, banana, strawberries, blueberries, honey drizzle. The best $6.99 piece of toast I have ever had in my life. Because I clearly have no self-control I also grabbed the spinach and cheese empanada and malbec and beef empanada. No words. Everything was fantastic. Every single item was a joy to inhale and I will absolutely do it again. The DoorDash pick-up was super easy and the staff was incredibly friendly. The only minor gripe is they don't provide bags so I had to carry everything individually walking home, which was slightly annoying. But honestly the food, the vibes, and the experience? 10 out of 10. Will be back.

Originally on a mission for a smoothie, I was greeted by a friendly staff member and a much larger menu than expected. I was blown away by how flavorful everything was! The smoothie was creamy, lightly sweet, and very refreshing. The mini muffin tasted like a firmer version of edible cookie dough and was a perfect sweet treat. The empanada was not crunchy, but it was flavorful and the vegan cashew cream was incredibly smooth.
