The drinks came out fairly quickly even though the place was busy near closing. There are some seats inside if you do want to sit, but there's not a ton of space. They were really busy when I went and it looked like only one person was working. I get that small shop life but waiting a while for a premade cake and two drinks wasn't my favorite part. Still, the decor and the whole vibe made the wait way easier. My trusty brown sugar boba was magnificent and their fruity smoothies are delish. DRINK: Passion Fruit Jasmine Oolong Tea (3.7/5) - Got this with lychee jelly. It was a little too sweet for me, and I would have loved to adjust the sweetness, but I did not have the option. I remember my friend, who ordered a milk tea, was able to, so maybe the sweetness adjustment is exclusive to milk teas here? There was also definitely a stronger floral taste than expected from the jasmine, so if you like that, maybe this would be more your cup of tea. The drinks come in a can, which I thought was pretty unique compared to the boba shops I usually frequent. It was a little hard to open, and they provided hard paper (?) straws. If you don't open your can all the way, your straw might crack along the metal ridges. Also, restrain yourself if you have a habit of biting your straws because these will break, and you won't be able to sip your drink. SERVICE: There wasn't much interaction with the staff members since I ordered from a kiosk, but the drinks my friends and I ordered came out pretty quickly. I got my usual black milk tea with boba. The milk tea was solid and fresh tasting. The boba was a little bland, but had a good chew. The can is cute, but kind of a pain. You have to open the whole lid - otherwise the straw will crack and you can't drink out of it. We also got a small size tanghulu and it was honestly pathetic. 4 of the smallest grapes that they pulled out of a hidden area (what you see in the case is the large size). Definitely not worth the price. Do not buy. If you need a Boba tea fix while you are out being a tourist, this place works in a pinch. read more

When I came by the last time, staff was rather hostile to customers when they asked about boba (they had run out). That party was quite nice about asking and the staff member still bit back hard. Again, perhaps she'd been stressed throughout the day so its hard to get where she was coming from. Could also be that I've been coming around 8pm so people are tired and wanting to go home, though it was fairly empty both Saturday and Sunday night when I went. Drink and dessert wise though, nothing was really great either. I got the coconut panna cotta (expecting melo melo level of smooth and creaminess since prices/aesthetics were similar). The panna cotta was ok, not quite smooth or creamy in the way I expected and had a film on top. I tried my partner's lavendar matcha latte and the matcha was very bitter and had almost a burnt flavor? It was quite unpalatable to me. Second time around, came to try and get a seasonal cup cause why not and I guess they ran out but no notice of that occurring. Might as well as call it classic bitter tap water with boba. Which by the way- the boba ALSO had no taste, ONLY CHEWINESS. The second one was the hot version of the same drink and it was the same. just hot trash instead of cold trash. Third drink- brown sugar milk tea. Like the previous two, it tasted neither like tea nor milk. The 75% sugar tasted like 200%. I felt physically sick drinking it. Had to toss it, second drink I've ever had to toss in my life. gross. don't let the cute little cans deceive you because you are getting ripped off. you end up getting less drink for like the $7+ you pay for, so more worth it to take your money elsewhere. Brown sugar milk tea with 75% sugar, cold: boba was hard, it was freaking sugar OVERLOAD. I was dying, I could not finish this drink. I usually always finish my drink because I hate wasting. Milk tea with 50% sugar, hot: boba was actually pretty good, chewy and sweet. The tea tasted like water. There was no sugar at all, nor was there any hint of tea.
