I came here about an hour before closing and it was really busy, but the team worked through all the orders super quick. I ordered the crème brule milk tea with rose added to it. For rose to be added you have to have at least 25% sugar level. It was delicious, sweet, and smooth. We stumbled upon Te 'Amo at Water Tower while looking for another spot and decided to give it a try. They offer a range of hot and cold beverages, as well as desserts, though we've only tried their drinks so far. My husband is a big fan of their hot Strawberry Dalgona coffee--he's ordered it both times we've visited. I've had the cold Ube Dalgona and the pumpkin spice Dalgona, both of which were absolutely delicious. This place has quickly become our favorite boba spot nationwide. The ordering process is pretty streamlined. While there are staff members available to answer questions, you place your order using touchscreen pads. Very cute little shop right when you head up the escalators on the second floor. The bright colors really catch your eye! I have seen a few of the other Te'amo locations around the city, and finally decided to stop. We did not get any drinks which seemed to be their hottest items. The ordering was self service on a touch pad, and then donuts were already on display so we got them very quickly! They were very light and fluffy and almost melt in your mouth. They were a nice sweet treat. Next time I will definitely try a beverage to pair with another mochi donut! read more

I got the mango fresh squeezed lemonade but when I took a sip I was surprised to realize it was carbonated. Nowhere did it mention this drink would be carbonated and bitter. Definitely disappointing. There are plenty of other places to try. read more

Got the mango jasmine oolong tea with boba. Tea tasted diluted with water and flavoring was so faint. For a $6+ drink, I expect to taste the fruit and tea flavor of my drink. The only redeeming quality was the boba pearls themselves were well cooked and had a good brown sugar chewy flavor. Also got the dalgona matcha w/boba and it had the same problems. Tasted mostly like milk with no perceptible matcha flavor and a hint of sweetness that alluded to the inclusion of dalgona. Basically just tasted like vaguely sweet green milk with boba. The can that the boba comes in has a tab to open that broke upon trying to open it. Terrible design as the can top also makes it unable to seal after opening so you take it with you without fear of spilling. Cup feels like it was designed for novelty rather than functionality. Service is good and cafe so cute, but the drinks are just not worth it. read more

I got the organic lavender matcha latte and I must say the packaging is very nice. They use clear plastic soda can like bottles with a golden tab finish. Barista was helpful and the matcha flavor was strong compared to other places. The boba was chewy and overall I enjoyed the drink. I finally tried Te'Amo and I am so happy that it lived up to its hype! The service was quick and easy. The line moves super fast regardless of it being inside the Water Tower. There's not a ton of seating right next to the space, but it's easy to find seating throughout the mall. The tea itself was SO good. We tried the brown sugar Dalgona Coffee and it was made to perfection. Not too sweet, the right amount of boba, and very caffeinated. You can pick your sweetness, temperature, milk, and amount of ice, as well as additions like pudding, boba, or a cheese top. The drinks come in sealed pop top containers, making it easy to take on the go. Service was friendly and polite, and we didn't have to wait long. They were very patient with some of the other folks who were struggling with the kiosks. This location is on the second floor of Water Tower Place, where the old Starbucks used to be. Don't underestimate this kiosk store for Te Amo. I've been to other locations that are full stores and their service and quality of food here is just as good! When I visited there were two employees, the barista, and then the back end person. And they did so well balancing the number of customers and the orders. They definitely seemed used to the steady workload. Also, I had an Oreo mochi donut and the dalgona coffee with boba and less ice. They survived for no more than 2 minutes because they were so good I cleared my plate. The ambiance also retains the same level of vibe and love you get from their franchise stores. An incredible edition to the water tower. My boyfriend and I absolutely LOVE this place. One can argue, "it's very addicting" --tbh, we've told everyone we know about this place and every time they come to the Water Tower to visit us at the Art Gallery space on the same floor.. they make their way over to this spot. At this point, we've almost tried them all. My ultimate favorite is the Matcha Dalgona. I love how you can customize everything right at the kiosk.
