I really approve of High Times, every time I went in every one was very friendly & helpful, and when I needed to return something they took it back as long as I showed & proved what the problem was. I used to go to Prime Leaf, but ever since they opened up High Times I never went back. When at High Times you can actually walk through the store and pick up and read the label on the products if I have questions I can always ask. I am a regular customer here and local I've been going here about two years and have always been given top service! The staff is always friendly and down to earth and the security team is always really cool The product is pretty good most the time only once in a blue moon I go in and stock is low or options aren't as good as usual but that's like once in awhile I love the point system they do usually spend $100 And get $20 worth of points which is awesome I usually let it cover my CA tax. I tried to show my medical recommendation number to the (seemingly poorly trained)High Times employee via photo or email , as I don't carry my actual "papers " at all times AND ... other dispensaries in CA have ALL excepted the combination of a screen shot of my official "recommendation number "along with my Driver License... yet for some reason High Times can't (won't) except my number plus ID to allow THEM to easily, look me up as a "registered "patient. I thought that "policy"was very off-putting on my first visit . No help and when asked about a discount another gal was short and said we don't stack and did a tish saying stack under her breath. I had never been shorted on a product before at a dispensary until my experience last night at high times. I placed a pickup order online and was there about 30 minutes before close. Picked up my order and didn't think to check my bag until I completed my drive west. After checking my bag I realized I was missing 1 of the 2 8ths I had paid for. After calling and speaking to the "manager" who's name I didn't catch he told me he'd see what he could do about it and left me hanging on the phone no goodbye no we will call back, nothing. Thanks high times I'll make sure to drive right past Blythe as I usually do. *Edit* It it was just a misunderstanding on my part when I called the first time and but the owner called me and made everything right.
