I just wish someone would've told me about the work being done on the ladders right above my room considering they don't have ceilings. The girls were very apologetic and I'm appreciative of that. I had my husband come inside because I felt uneasy but still wanted to tan and not waste my expensive lotions. I'm completely embarrassed and I feel so violated. I'll probably forever wear a bikini to tan if I don't cancel my membership. I really hope someone looks at the camera footage for that hallway if there is any. I went into this location looking for a potential membership for me and my wife. This information…read morewas CLEARLY stated twice as soon as I was asked. They gave me a tour. I asked the girl that gave me a tour the pricing for me and my wife to be on a membership. I was comfortable with that price and agreed to signup. Once I signed up, they said "okay that's it!" And I responded "Don't you want my wife's information too? Since she'll be using as well." They got her information and tried to charge me again. I told them no because I was under the impression that both of us would be covered on the agreed upon price. They told me that the transaction would be canceled. I checked my bank account a few days later and noticed the money had not been returned. I called and they said they couldn't give refunds. Although the information relayed to me was 2 people under contract for said price. BE CAREFUL WHEN DEALING WITH BUSINESSES LIKE THIS. They will take your money and run. The miscommunication from their employees (probably due to lack of training) has caused a hassle on my end to get my money back.
