While down here in Charlotte, the wheel weight came off the tire and shredded a hole in the tire. She is stating that the RNR IN CHARLOTTE IS a different franchise. So I would have to bring the damaged tire back to Lawton Oklahoma for the warranty to cover the new tire. The Rude woman who is the manager hung up on me, is stating there is no way for me to contact the warranty place, and only they can speak with them.
