Let me start off by saying my first visit was more than pleasant and I really wanted to come back again. Unfortunately my second visit was for an exchange and my experience with the manager was not pleasant like my first. Return policy shows return or exchange for defected items. I tried to exchange 2 carts that are clearly oxidized and taste burnt but I was denied. Oxidation alone is a CLEAR SIGN OF SPOILAGE HENCE IS A DEFECT. The manager told me that she couldn't exchange the items because it was a preference thing instead of a defect. What? I don't prefer my carts to be spoiled, oxidized, or burnt. Clear and OBVIOUS defect. A simple google search can explain this. This is a brand that I'm very familiar with and have never experienced oxidation or burnt taste so to me obviously something was wrong. On my first visit I bought 7 of these carts. Out of the 7, 2 were spoiled as I explained. The 2 were the same flavor. The other 5 were different flavors, not oxidized, and had no taste issues. Again I've bought this brand countless times from a lot of different places so I'm very sure I know what I'm talking about. Pretty disappointing as I wanted to be a regular, and even more disappoint for not honoring their return/exchange policy. read more

Normally have a good experience but this time with a Ruby E I asked her for a dispo saw her pick up a cart so I asked again are you sure this is a dispo she said yes then proceeded to ring me up when I got the bag I see it's a cart I go back in and she won't acknowledge that it was a fuck up on her part and asked me to wait 15 minutes for the manager without disclosing the issue to the manager. read more

My boyfriend called the shop and asked how much a PLUGplay pod would be with 30% off FTC discount and a woman told us over the phone that it would be $22 out the door. So then I went inside the shop and they told me it would be $32 out the door with FTC discount. I told them that my boyfriend called earlier and spoke to someone and both female budtenders said they didn't receive any phone calls from his phone number. They assumed we called OG Time but we know the difference between the two. After I left, my boyfriend called the same number and the woman on the phone acted like she didn't know what we were talking about. I would love to come back the women staff seem so nice but I don't like being misinformed about pricing. read more

I've been such a loyal customer to OG and have put my family and friends on. I come here because the products are quality, they are well educated, and they have a great raw garden selection! Last time I went it was the day my DL expired and the employee at front desk told me bring any proof that your license has been renewed and you're good. I come in this morning and I let front desk know like hey girl my DL is expired but I have proof it's renewed and *tried* to show her the live official DMV website (that had my DL number on it matching my expired one) saying your renewal is processed and DL is on the way. She wouldn't even look. She quickly got rude and kept reiterating that it can only be the intermittent paper without acknowledging my questions. I have a hard time believing that because when you renew online you don't get that paper (only in person) so your telling me your turning down clients unless they have the paper you receive during in person renewals only??? Anyway I was fine with a rejection, what upset me is that she wouldn't even look and reiterated the same line like she was trying to make me feel dumb. You can reject kindly and that's all I expected. So yes when I walked out I said alright FU. Cause I have never been treated so crazy at a dispensary, even non legit ones. She ended up coming out while I was chilling in my car and took a pic. Like girl didn't you hear me say FU? That means I'm never coming back here again. Trust me there's plenty of dispensaries. Just a big shame cause I know her/ this situation doesn't represent the company but I can't be talked to like that and ever come back. read more
