After my very first group class, she hugged me and told me how proud she was of me. Sarah, the owner, has personally emailed me after class to celebrate my progress on tough movements. Marissa knows to adjust the foot bar and put the foot strap on for me without having to ask. When I began taking her classes, Marissa always checked in after to make sure I felt comfortable and supported. I never knew a place like this could actually exist.
