Before joining Higher Level Fitness, I had already lost 80 pounds. (Keep in mind this was on my own with no help). I was on the thin side, but I was still "skinny fat" and couldn't tone up. I had plateaued and was not making any new progress. So I changed my diet and kept my exercise routine (walking and cycling) the same, but that was not working, and I gained back a few pounds. I kept searching and doing my homework, trying to find the right plan to reach my goal. During my search, I came across strength training and was following a couple of people online, and they seemed to be getting good results. But I was still skeptical at the end of the day. The biggest thing I got from these online individuals was, "I just might need to ask for help," and that's where Higher Level Fitness comes in.
It was a fluke that I came across Higher Level Fitness as it popped up on my social media. I was surprised that this place existed. They've been in business for +16 years, and I didn't know they were in my backyard. So I made my appointment with Coach, and the rest is history.
I completed my six-week Boot Camp and signed up for another 18 months. I asked for help and got it. I could see results in the first week, which continued every week, whether it be losing weight, toning up, or my mental strength. I can see my body transforming. And there is my reward.
Higher Level Fitness is the real deal! It is not your typical gym where you start on the treadmill to get that cardio in. Then throw the weights around, hoping you're doing it right, and end with some core exercises to get that tummy flat.
Higher Level Fitness is like going to college. Your professor (Coach) prepares your daily lesson plans, and you, the student, listen and follow along. You will work hard (at your level) and learn something every day that helps you get closer to your goal. You will begin to feel better each day; your confidence will grow, as will your overall physical and mental strength. When I walk out of the gym after working out, I feel like a million bucks, and that feeling lasts all day.
Now to the nitty-gritty. Anyone who is participating in Higher Level Fitness has their own goals. So remember, this is about you and what you want to achieve. The Coach(s) sit down with you and ask many questions. They want to get to know you and your goals. You have to commit to yourself and to your coach that together you're going to get this done. If you stick to your plan, you will see your transformation right before your eyes. The coaching staff is terrific, and they are there to help and guide you to get results. You are never on your own. You have a support system every minute in or out of the gym from a Coach or one of your teammates.
Now, suppose you're serious and want to get results. What are you waiting for? Go for it. read more
