What a blessing Higher Power Electric was. Honest price. Great service and went above and beyond to check the safety of our breaker box at our house to make sure the kids and my family was safe. Cannot say enough good things! Of all the electricians we contacted Flavius was the only one able to come over the same day we called him for our emergency, and we think it was divine intervention since most other electricians would have walked away and told us to plan on going several days without power until they could install an entirely new main fuse panel. Flavius brainstormed and called several places that he thought could help until a MUCH faster and MUCH cheaper alternative was found. Then he rescheduled some of his appointments and even came in early the next day so that our family would have power restored as soon as possible. He explained everything along the way and really worked hard to find the fastest and most affordable solution. He even identified and quickly completed some preventative maintenance issues that he discovered that could have led to serious problems (and costs) for us in the near future. We had recessed lighting put in in our living room and kitchen as well as an install of 3 pendant lights over our island. He also pulled out the old fixtures in the kitchen and replaced several light switches and installed dimmers for the recessed lighting in each room. To start with, Flavius is just outstanding. He is very competent, professional, efficient and reasonable. We have been using Flavius's services for 3+ years. He communicates very well and blew our expectations every time. He replaced 5 fans with newer ones and installed an additional one in the master bed. This was difficult as he had to access and find the spot from the attic. He did a very clean job. We did not have to do any touch up in the ceiling. Excellent job! He replaced an exhaust in one of the bathrooms, again which had to be accessed from the attic. He did a tremendous job. He also installed an Auto Exhaust in the attic. This turns on when the temp exceeds 90 degrees. This really improved the comfort level and lowered AC bill. Very clean work!! He extended internet connection from one corner of the house to another by installing Ethernet cable in the crawl space under the house. There was barely enough space to crawl in the other corner, he did it anyway! Amazing! He has replaced a number of our light fixtures with LED fixtures, installed 3 way dimmer switches and regular dimmer switches. What comes through is that he is very professional, competent and efficient. He focuses on what he does 100% and completes the projects on time.
