I called him with some questions related to wiring concerns in my 1930s house, expecting it to result in an on-site visit with trip charges, etc. He took the time to understand, ask direct questions and explain his viewpoint. A 50amp plug with 4 prongs…read more I should have known it was going to be a disappointing when the "coordinator" couldn't even understand what I was asking to have done...it took over 45 minutes to make the appointment. The "coordinator" was supposed to have sent me an email so I could respond with a picture of the necessary outlet. I never received the email. Yes, I checked my spam/junk folder. The appointment was supposed to be from 8-10am 19 SEP 2022...the electrician showed up at after 12:30...then didn't have the correct stuff..so had to go somewhere...which he charged full price on...so, it was over $500 to have a 50amp plug installed less than 6ft from the breaker box....after being hours late. I will not recommend this company.
