Which I've never seen on a receipt, which I've never been reminded. Which, makes no sense if you're accumulating them, how would they all expire at once? I had almost $3000 in points. And now they're gone for nothing...... Update, after Kevin responded to my one star review. I took the time to gather my information and receipt. I went down to Haven with an envelope sealed. They said Kevin really wasn't an owner, I should ask for two girls. Long story short, I dropped off my envelope and asked them to please give it to management and contact me. Still to this day, nobody has contacted me.
