They check in often and make sure everything is perfect every time. What means the most to me is how they treat my son. My son is a little weary about haircuts from a previous bad experience elsewhere where a barber cut his face but this hairstylist was super careful and gentle. While I waited with my toddler, we were offered drinks from a fridge they have there which was really nice. At the end, my son was sooo happy and confident with his cut. He said his favorite part was getting his hair washed and he said he only wanted to come here to get his haircuts.
