My wife and children were scheduled to meet with them after my appointment and she came back and told me she felt the same vibe. The gal who was working with our children was not very good with the 3 kids who were very nervous and one was fussy and she felt like there was no patience. She overheard the same Dr Larsen speaking to an older man who was discussing his limited finances to afford work and she told me that he was pretty rude and also "transactional." Being very quick to dismiss the man. I didn't even tell her my experience but after that I called into the office and told them that we would not be going back and to cancel our follow ups. I don't know if private equity has gotten a hold of this dentistry which I don't mind but the client treatment is horrendous! One good thing that my wife mentioned is that Dr Richards was very welcoming and good to work with. She didn't work with Dr Larsen directly but overheard the convo. I'm usually never this direct about an experience but everyone at Elevate needs to know this kind of treatment is unacceptable.

All those 5 star reviews on google are only because people want to be entered into one of their monthly drawings. Don't have enough money to do the all the work and extra dental work they suggest you get a loan at the nearby bank instead of taking it one step at a time they want to do it all at once. We moved to the area and we needed to find a new dentist. I couldn't be any happier!!! Always makes me feel comfortable and super understanding of my dental fears. Our kids are older but if you have kids, this is the perfect place to bring them. Such a kid friendly office space and today I even saw the staff bring in a teddy bear for a child to cuddle with while getting work done. As much as I hate getting dental work done, I'm happy to have finally found a dentist and office that I feel comfortable visiting when needed.
